Large portions but food was okay. Not great.

Chicken could definitely have used some seasoning and the mashed potatoes were terrible tasting instant of some form.

My wife’s fish was okay but would have liked to have known fish was catfish first. Well seasoned and the fries were decent,

Very friendly service. Facility quite clean and well maintained.

It’s a Lisa’s. Good chicken, no-nonsense drive through attendant, far too quick, it felt faster than McDonald’s.

If there was 1 thing I would like for them to change: for people ordering 2-3 piece combo/dinner combo’s, they usually put it in a styrofoam plate. Because they’re so fast with it, the moment the chicken is fried, they dump it in the styrofoam with super hot oil. They don’t put it in the bag for easy carrying, they do it because my fried okra literally burned a hole through the styrofoam. I set aside half the okra because I was genuinely afraid of how much styrofoam had been absorbed into the okra, normally I’d dismiss it, but it looked like a golf ball with how many okra’s were literally embedded into the styrofoam plate, and part of the chicken too.

I heard their 10 pieces and larger combos come in plastic containers which should definitely help, but please let the chicken and okra rest for like 2 minutes. I don’t want atyrofoam in my food.

Still giving 5*, just please fix this, or stop using styrofoam plates/containers.

Food served hot and fresh. Everyone was friendly, but I waited in the drive thru atleast 15 to 20 minutes. Restaurant looked clean and neat. May try them again at an earlier time to see if service will be speedier.

I was mesmerized by the number of these restaurants in Fort Worth. They seemed to be organically grown and very popular… I expected great fried chicken. In reality it is a cluster of restaurants leaning toward drive-through sales at bargain prices. For the dine-in customer, the property is clean, tidy but devoid of customers at Saturday lunchtime. The blaring TV was overwhelming at times. The chicken temperature was nuclear when served. Too hot to handle or eat for quite a while. The inexpensive plastic utensils were no match for this chicken. When the chicken cooled, it was average at best. There is plenty of room for improvement on the crust. For my sides, I chose French fries (average) and cole slaw (very good). I suspect this particular restaurant is still in the process of perfecting what it does. I hope they do well but they are not there yet.

Chicken was not fully cooked at all last night November 27 2025. I got sick as well as one of my children did as well .id recommend y’all hire some grown adults to work on the holidays. I know things get hectic in the drive-thru when the line starts backing up but that’s no excuse to rush around to the point that you give people undercooked chicken and to be honest there wasn’t even a big line at all . I’m just thankful this didn’t happen to someone who’s health was at risk or an elderly person .I’m placing this review in hopes y’all will tighten up and hire some grown people because this not a pleasant experience at all.

Love Lisa’s chicken but this branch… no, absolutely not… it’s just not the same standard that the branch on camp bowie or the one off of 35/basswood… the chicken doesn’t taste the same nor is it as juicy as other branches are.
Would never go to that location again

2.6/5 it looked better than it tasted, bland seasoning, had to throw a lil lemon pepper onnit n air fry it myself to get a somewhat decent taste. Ordered a 10pc fa $18 can’t really beat that, service was great and the atmosphere was calm. Dnt really recommend, but if you’re in the area give em a shot.

Good food at a good price! I frequent this place on my lunch breaks and can get a quick, delicious, filling meal with a large drink for less than $10! Fast, tasty, filling, and cheap! Not many fast food places can deliver on all 4 of those at the same time. It is also almost never busy (how?) and is always clean. Great job, Lisa! (Come for the chicken, stay for the deal or no deal)

Tried the fish dinner. Catfish was tender and not over cooked, breading was aggressively seasoned. Mashed potatoes with gravy oth was almost tasteless in comparison
Chicken was OK though not what I call outstanding. Not too much breading, chicken is juicy and not too oily

2pc dark with mashed potatoes and okra.
The mashed potatoes tasted old. We ordered two drumsticks. When we opened it they had put other pieces in it. We asked for the legs and they took out plate back and changed out the chicken. They shouldn’t take the chicken or any food back once it’s been touched by the customer.
