I had to stop what I was doing to write this review. The crew at 11:30 a.m. was amazing—10/10 recommend. They listened to every instruction on our order and didn’t leave off a single item or condiment. Everything was correct the first time, nothing had to be repeated, and the food was fresh!!! Awesome crew

So what can I say about Lisa’s chicken? It’s a fried chicken joint that’s about it. I’ll tell you that they vary by location. The consistency is kinda all over the place. Some of them are pretty clean and up-to-date and some of them are kind of hanging on so to speakI was in the mood for some fish. And I have to admit that the fish was pretty good downside is it took a whole 30 minutes to get the food. Speed is not one of their strong suits at least this location anyways.

Lisa’s Chicken is what it is, some locations are better than others. But this on is ok, although they gave me old chicken the service was good, but the food was old. If you see dark chicken, it’s a sign of old cooking oil. Ask for fresh chicken.

Order #694 ck# 412694 I order repeated and repeated not once but twice I wanted 2 legs and coleslaw rung up separately. The African American girl asked if I wanted a 3 piece dark meal. I said NO. I only want the 2 legs. She then stated ok. I will ring everything up separately. I’m like great. I get home and see if was given and charged for a thigh and a roll that I never ordered. I immediately called and spoke with a female directly after I noticed this whom stated she was the manager after I drove 5 miles home. I was told I had to hang on to the piece of chicken drive 10 miles round trip to take it back so I could get a refund. This is the worst service I have ever received at this location. This is my home location that I attend and doordash from frequently. I drive everyday 12 hours a day. When I get home I don’t want to leave. She stated it’s your policy to get the chicken back mind you this isn’t my fault. I think the most convenient thing to do is for your employee to come to me and pick up your piece of chicken. At this point I’m curious as if you intend to put this piece of chicken back into rotation and re-serve it to another customer. One would think it would need to be thrown in the trash because it has already left the establishment and there’s no telling where it’s been or what has happened to it. This isn’t my fault that your employee made this error and I shouldn’t be put out in this way. I have posted this story and all social media outlets. Your manager stated if I think I need to post a bad Google review oh well. So! I’ve taken it a step further due to that comment

Anytime I come here I prefer to go on the inside because the person that works the front counter is very nice, and customer friendly, whoever the young man is the works in drive-thru he is so rude, they actually have the audacity to have a sign in the window that says they can refuse service if the customer is not nice. But it seems to me this young man provokes no customer to be rude. From the time you place your order through the speaker up until you get to the window he is flat-out rude. And he makes it very visible that it bothers him when you’re asking for condiments, sometimes he deliberately does not come back to the window until you are paying for your food and he is handing it to you. Honestly it doesn’t bother me because I’m still going to ask for my condiments if I have french fries I expect ketchup, I usually have little people with me so I asked for extra napkins he even makes that an issue. So to avoid my service be refused because they have a rude person in the Drive-Thru I’ll continue to go on the inside to place my order.

I guess chicken is now expensive everywhere for this was the last place to get affordable chicken for the 15 pcs mixed chicken and tiny bowl of gravy was $28.06. was only going to feed 3 on it and will open can of side so guess for now on I will buy (5) rotesirie chicken from Sam’s for $25.
Definitely sticker shock!

Like the cashier told me at the drive thru window…. “you don’t have to come here!”

Ordered a 15 piece tender with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and Cole slaw, with 4 raspberry cheesecake rolls and a side of corn nuggets.
There was no brown gravy and not a SINGLE cheesecake roll that I ordered in the box. Called them back and they told me they didn’t care. Personally wouldn’t order a single fry from here even if my life was on the line. I’d rather eat out of a waste treatment plants receptacle tank than eat at this Lisa’s again. By far the worst location in the DFW area, steer clear.

I ordered a mixed chicken dinner with two sides for $27. Normally we don’t get a mix. We usually get the dark meat and it’s only 1999 but this time we ordered the mix and the tickets says we got a mix they did not give us a mix. They gave us the cheap chicken all dark meat! After I fed my family, I called them and told them what happened hoping that they would just tell me no problem they would give us the right order next time we come in. But they did not do that. They told me to bring the chicken up there and I said ma’am, my family is already eating. The chicken cannot believe she said that to me! They pretty much told me they have to check their cameras pretty much called a liar. That was extremely unprofessional. They asked me for five times what the ticket said. They said they were very busy! This location used to be the best one, but the chicken lately has not been very good and now this really lets me know that it’s not a great place! And it is so much more than her getting my order wrong. It’s the way she handled it and the chicken I gave us tasted very old and greasy. That’s not normal for them.
