Great Breakfast Sandwich !
Even though it’s a small cafe there are plenty of options in terms of food. Fresh and decent prices for the convenience of where you are. Definitely worth a check out if you are waiting on someone that is seeing a doctor.
Located on the second floor. Plenty of parking.
CASH ONLY, just so you are aware. I didn’t see an ATM so just be ready.

Although the place might not feel so welcoming, it makes up for it in the quality of the food. I had a doctor appointment and no time to eat before I left home, so I decided to go upstairs and get a breakfast sandwich on my way out. Hands down, this was the absolute best ham, egg & cheese sandwich I’ve had in my life. The bread was so fresh and soft, you would think she bakes it onsite. The best testament to this was me eating the entire sandwich in one sitting, when I usually only eat half. My boyfriend was shocked. If you have an appointment at University Orthopedics, go upstairs and get blown away by this little cafe! 10/10 would recommend.
