My Brattleboro friend stops in every single time she’s in town, and I finally went. Great coffee and breakfast bagel sandwich. Very nice staff. Lots of seating when I was here (not lunch rush). Will come again!

The place looks great.
But the food sucks anymore my bacon was raw. My eggs were over cooked and not how I ordered them. Hash browns were soaked in grease and tasted like there were doubled fried. Toast was barly toasted.same with my husbands food pancakes still had power lumps and tasted like rubber. Sausage was undercooked. Toast was warm not toasted . On top of that we were the only ones there and it took an hour. Never again they need nacey and the old girls they cook a mean meal. And the price I paid for a meal I left on the table and did not eat I could have went to McDonald’s and it would have been better. The coffee was the best part of my meal

Real World Overland
Place has gone way down hill. It’s to bad was a great place to grab lunch in town, not anymore. It seems the employees just don’t care. Takes forever to get your food and it’s the wrong food. Saw 6 other people also get the wrong food while I was there. Not good…..

Totally screwed me over on a catering job. We’ve been planning it for about a week and less than 24 hours before they were due to deliver owner. Mike called and said they couldn’t. Definitely would go elsewhere unless you want to find out at the last minute the promises they made they can’t deliver on.

Hot bar for food is always good quality ingredients and variety changes day to day, same with the salad bar and any food made to order is always great. Been coming here 10+yrs and have yet to be disappointed. Price is fantastic too, not many places you can get a real burger and a drink for less than $10.
Easily my favorite breakfast spot in VT as well, the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bulkie reminds me of WNY.

Excellent place to stop for lunch with my family. Get it to go or sit down and chow down. Plenty of options to choose from. I went with the buffalo chicken wrap. I didn’t leave any of it behind, and the taste was awesome. Added a bag of chips and a drink to my meal, and I was rocking and rolling. Excellent service on all ends of the store. Would visit here over and over if I wasn’t just visiting.

First I want to mention that I have shopped at Lisais forever. The food there is awesome, but It is always so disappointing that it is never friendly in there (except for the owner). Even when I call to make an order…I just get a very gruff person on the other end. I have worked in food service for a long time and also don’t understand why nobody is wearing gloves…not even sure if they are wearing hair nets. Again…their food is very good…but their customers service needs improvement.

I have been eating at Lisai’s for years and never have i regretted it. They food is legendary. Every year I call on them to cater my holiday meal at work and they knock it out of the park. Their Lasagna the best I have tasted from any caterer, hands down.
