Killer roast beef sandwiches since 1967. The recipe for our famous roast beef sandwich is simple: 100% real top round beef. Slow roasted on-site for three hours. Shaved extra thin. Served medium rare on a lightly toasted buttered bun. And topped with a dash of secret seasoning. It’s the same way we’ve done it for over 50 years. Voted Best Fries by St. Louis Magazine.
Counter-serve chain specializing in slow-roasted beef sandwiches served hot on toasted buns.

On April 16th, we visited this location’s drive thru; we ordered 3 kids meals and a king-size roast beef meal, and asked to upsize one kid’s drink. Got to the window and paid, and the total seemed high – reviewed the receipt to find that the upsized drink was added wrong, causing the kids meal to be charged as individual items and costing $5.08 more. We brought it immediately to the cashier’s attention and asked for it to be refunded and charged correctly. The cashier admitted he noticed the unusual price, but didn’t bring it to our attention before we paid, because he “didn’t know how to change it.” He and the other employee present told us they couldn’t refund it bc the manager was out. They handed us our food and instructed us to come back later with our receipt to have the manager fix the issue.
As we received our food, the manager walked in and we asked if she could help us. The manager didn’t come to the window, telling us through the cashier that she would not refund the overcharge since we had already received our food (keep in mind – we had asked about correcting the erroneous charge before receiving our food). Additionally, the sandwich in the kids meal that was overcharged had a single, pitiful slice of ham. We also noted that the general manager’s name is on the receipt and was also listed as the cashier; this seems to indicate that the employee who served us was logged in on the manager’s account, which is probably (should be) a policy violation. We reached out to the corporate support email the same day, and never received a response.
This is incredibly disappointing and unfortunate as our kids loved eating here, and it does not represent the typical service we had received at this location previously. But after the incident, we have not visited this location again.
The roast beef is delicious and the fries are natural good and crispy.
My son eats tonight & I don’t. Can’t afford another $9 for a sandwich. I really wish people would grow up & take responsibility. And take your job seriously, but you deserve $20 bucks and hour for fast food… right.
