This was awesome, I wish they would bring this franchise to Florida! it’s a MUST when we’re in town. They gave us like 3 orders of fries… and a weird amount of sauces for like, chicken tenders or something but we didn’t even get anything like that lol I just hate to see it all wasted, like 6 honey mustards and bbq and ketchup. I guess they were being nice but all the sauce packs were unnecessary. ♀️

Walked into the store to beat the drive through line and got my food quickly but wasn’t asked it it was for here or to go so I assumed it would arrive in a bag I could take home. Nope. My food arrived on a tray and there were no boxes or bags in sight for me to take my food home. I had to sit in the restaurant and eat instead taking home like I initially intended. It’s a simple question, “For here or to go?”

I have ate at this location quite a few times and the food has always been amazing and the place is super clean, however this passed time my king roast beef was very seasoned to the point where i couldnt eat it. I called in to receive a replacement sandwich and the manager on shift went above and beyond and made it a meal, wrote my name down for the next time i came. I just left from reciving my replacment meal and the food was hot and fresh. And they even added a few cookies to my order. Great group of people!

Our recent visit to this Elm Point Lion’s Choice was absolutely wonderful, and that’s thanks in large part to one exceptional team member: Bree (day shift). From the moment we walked in, Bree greeted us with such kindness and professionalism that we genuinely thought she might be the manager. Her demeanor was beyond anything we’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant—warm, patient, personable, and thoughtful.
She took the time to suggest menu items, kindly offered us the opportunity to join the rewards program, and truly seemed to care that we enjoyed our visit. She didn’t rush us, answered our questions, and even checked in mid-meal to see if we needed anything else—a rare touch that even many full-service restaurants forget these days.
It’s no exaggeration to say that Bree is a rare gem in the fast-food industry. She didn’t just serve food—she elevated our entire dining experience. We left impressed, not only with the meal, but with the genuine human connection she brought to the table.
