Was disappointed in the quality of the food. My husband and I were visiting the area and had heard from friends that Linton’s seafood was the place to go for steamed crabs, shrimp, fish, ect.. We ordered crabs this past weekend along with shrimp and both were far from good. While I understand it is off season for crabs and these weren’t Maryland crabs, the crabs were steamed way too long. The meat was all mush. Out of the dozen we ordered we maybe ate 3-4 because the rest were garbage. They also weren’t very seasoned which I find annoying because the lady on the phone when I ordered over the phone asked how heavy I wanted the seasoning and I said medium to heavy. The shrimp were also over cooked and hardly seasoned. Such a shame and waste of money.

Stopped in for crab meat. Left with 1lb crab meat, soft crab sandwich and hush puppies, 2 pieces of smith island cake. Made crab cakes for dinner oh my that was good crab meat. Ate the soft crabs in the truck, they were perfect. Plump, cooked perfectly, flavor was terrific. The hush puppies were good too. The smith island cake was well smith island cake. Yum. Always get good things here! Great people too.

Stopped to have Maryland Crabs on way to Delaware. It was a Monday and most places closed. Just happened to stop at Linton’s Seafood. The crabs were cooked and seasoned perfect! We used to live in Virginia and used to picking crabs but decided these may have been the best we have ever eaten. Cant wait to order and have shipped to South Carolina. Highly recommend Lintons!

Had Crabs tonight with my wife on the Crab Deck at Linton’s. Excellent!!!!! The sides of Buffalo Wings and Coleslaw tasted great as well. Service was super helpful and friendly. Try it, you will Love it.

I just called the company to complain about how salty the crabs were, so much that they were inedible. I was transferred to the owner and explained to him that we had crabs shipped to us that were extremely salty and the meat was dried out. He then called someone named George and was told to have me reorder and they’ll throw some extra crabs in. That’s nice, however, considering the quality of the crabs I received I would NEVER order from them again. I told him some of the google reviews even mentioned the saltiness. He then calls someone else and has a background conversation about my complaint and goes on to tell me that they have hundreds of reviews and maybe 1 or 2 mentions the saltiness. He explained that I had 24 hours to report the issue and ship the crabs back (I called them 6 days later). Well, these were a gift from my husband, therefore, I did not make the purchase. I was unaware of the policy. But given the quality of the crabs I would not have even wanted a replacement. The purpose of the phone call was to provide feedback. My suggestion was if you are aware that the seasoning can cause the crabs to become so salty that they are inedible then maybe put a disclaimer on your website suggesting the seasoning on the side. People work too hard to just throw money away. I can not recommend Linton’s.

We were camping at Jane’s Island State Park for 4 days. I’m thinking crabs and beer. I called Linton’s . My order was ready in 10 minutes. The only complaint was that the crabs were not hot but definitely delicious and definitely large. Price was reasonable . I will go there again.

I’ve been wanting to stop here for so long. Good old seafood shack on the side of the highway. The flounder sandwich is insanely good, a huge portion and only 8 bucks! Soft shells, littlenecks, steamed shrimp: all fantastic and served with small town friendliness.

Stay away from this place Crab meat is NOT from them as they advertise They get it from someplace in Md and advertise its from them WAY overpriced and Terrible crabt meat Nothing but problems with them
