I had such a lovely experience at this new local cafe in West Nyack, Rockland County. I ordered the almond croissant and a lavender honey latte, and both were absolutely delicious. The latte was smooth, lightly floral, and perfectly balanced , one of those drinks you actually slow down to enjoy.
The space itself is spacious, clean, and incredibly inviting, which made it easy to stay longer than planned. I ended up working on my laptop , enjoying every moment and every sip, which says a lot. On my way out, I grabbed a hibiscus rose iced tea, and it was so refreshing — the perfect take-with-you drink.
From the beautiful interior to the amazing coffee and pastries, this spot is a gem for local residents in Rockland County. It’s also in such a convenient location, especially if you’re heading to work over the bridge, making it an easy and enjoyable stop to start your day.
Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in West Nyack and love supporting local cafés.

It’s one of the few coffee shops where parents can actually relax while the little ones are happy and entertained. The staff is always friendly and patient, and they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.

I was showered with so much love yesterday as we celebrated the upcoming arrival of our baby girl! I can’t say enough about L’Insolent Coffee in West Nyack. They went above and beyond in every possible way, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Their beautiful coffee shop was transformed into the most perfect, cozy venue! Everyone loved being able to sip their favorite drinks throughout the celebration!

This coffee shop is most definitely one of the gems in Rockland County. The owners are friendly and have curated the perfect space for people to frequent with delicious pastries and amazing coffee. The place is very family friendly and welcomes children of all ages. Everyone has something to look forward to when they support this business. This coffee shop is amazing! The service was perfect. They were so polite kind and gave great suggestions. They were extremely welcoming. The pumpkin spice latte was heavenly and the butter and chocolate croissants were unmatched! I’ll definitely be back here soon!

This is the first time I’m coming in, service was great and guy behind the counter was nice and attentive. The speed which we got the food and drinks was fast. We ordered the burratta and the bacon egg and cheese squares. The buratta was great but the BEC was a little hard to cut and lacked some flavor. We ordered a hot and cold pumpkin latte and a matcha strawberry latte. All drinks were tasty and good quality. The atmosphere is nice, not too bright, clean space and a nice amount of seating.

this cafe is such an asset to our community! such a clean, well lit, and cozy environment. the croissants are the best i have had since being in france. the coffee is amazing. the baristas are so welcoming and sweet. you walk in and feel like family. i will 100% be coming back and telling everyone i know.
