I have gone here for years and have never experienced any issues. I was always greeted promptly and received order in a timely manner. But now the customer service is non existent! I placed an order online was given 6:35 as time for order to be complete. I arrived at 6:40, stood at the customer service window for more than 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I could pick up my order. I was told it would be a few more minutes. My order was not finished until 710. Food is good. That’s the only positive of this experience. They need to change their system to reflect when food will really be ready!!

I figured I’d update my review since reading the others. If you want premade food that’s junk then just go to Panda Express, if you want real food that’s made to order then come here. Don’t complain that food takes extra time when your meal is made to order, of course that’s going to take longer than a fast food place that makes junk in large batches. No idea why people are complaining, do you want premade shi or raw chicken? Go to Panda then and not a family owned restaurant

We are looking for good Chinese food and thought we would try the local place. The food was ok. My husband had the hot and sour soup and said it was once he added soy sauce. Also said the sweet and sour chicken was a disappointment. The sauce was on the side and no pineapple, ginger or peppers; just chicken. I had broccoli in brown sauce. Very little flavor, the carrots were a nice addition though. I also had the pan fried dumplings, they were quite good. My husband did like the egg rolls. We saw eight cases of fortune cookies and didn’t get one. They seem to do a big take out business. We will keep looking for our go-to Chinese restaurant.

April 2025: We have been a little disappointed our last couple of orders. It seems like they have reduced their portion sizes. We have been going elsewhere.
August 2022: Good food and nice size portions. Their Crab Rangoon are delicious! You can order on line or by phone. Take out or inside seating is available. No masks required. Delivery is not available directly from them. The wait time varies but we have averaged around 15 minutes before food is ready for pickup.

VERY dirty dining space. Crab Rangoon was great but nothing else was special. Run down, cobwebs, broken soda machine, peeling paint, signs and tape everywhere, had to pay for water. Won’t be back

Very good food, go to Chinese place. They know be as sweet and sour pork but the lo mein is also delish. You must get the crab Rangoon. The combination platter is by far the best deal and yes you can sub the egg roll for an extra crab Rangoon at no charge:)

had them for my first time and am very pleased! i got the sesame chicken, white rice, and crab ragoon. my husband got the hot and sour soup, general tsos chicken, and it came with 2 crab rangoons, eggroll, and fried rice. definitely recommend 10/10

Very sad experience ordered lo mein with chicken teriyaki and they forgot my chicken teriyaki just basically sticky ramen noodles.
So disappointed but hubby had my back and gave me his sweet and sour chicken broken into pieces to add to my sad noodles only.

Just so so chinese. Won ton soup was good. Meals are typical thrown together and average for flavor. It’s good for quick lunch.

We ordered a general tso’s chicken, a cashew chicken, egg drop soup, crab ragoon and egg rolls. Everything was great except for the egg drop soup. It was really thin, didn’t have many eggs in it at all and tasted really strange. This was our first time eating there so not sure if that is just how it is or a fluke. But everything thing else was awesome! Great service as well definitely recommend.
