I just ordered and I am having to recook this crap. It nothing flavor chicken and beef teriyaki and their fried rice is white rice tossed with some bland sauce I don’t know why you would charge a person for this but I will never buy from this shop again the shrimp also is some of the worst looking frozen shrimp I’ve seen their pics are so false and misleading. Again thank you manassas for making me revitalize my home cooking skills

I wanted to try Lin’s Grill Teriyaki House because the reviews made the food sound promising, but my experience with customer service was so unpleasant that I won’t be returning.

I called around 2:55PM to place a first-time order and asked if they had a lunch special (I didn’t realize it ended at 3:00 PM). The woman at the front immediately came across rude and dismissive she first said no, then changed to yes after noticing the time, but with a clear attitude. I placed my order anyway, but the tone stayed the same the entire time.

I called back shortly after to ask about boneless spare ribs and was met with the same irritated attitude as soon as she answered. Then I called a third time at about 3:01 PM to add combination lo mein to my order. She said she could add it, but only as the dinner option because the system wouldn’t allow the lunch special after 3:00 PM. That part is completely fine, rules are rules. The problem was how she communicated it: rude, demeaning, and unnecessarily argumentative, to the point where I almost canceled my entire order.

I was polite on every call, even when she was not. If a customer is calling to order and even trying to add more items, there’s no reason to act like you’re doing them a favor. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but regardless of how it tastes, the customer service alone is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I tried this for the first time last night. I was very disappointed in the food. Their was no flavor in the Sesame chicken, lo mein or fried rice. It was just rice with soy sauce, no peas, carrots or eggs. I will never go back.I ate about 3 pieces of the sesame chicken and a spoonful of lo mein. My husband had beef and broccoli, he said the rice was horrible. I didn’t ask my kids opinion but it wasn’t good.I waisted $70 plus dollars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible! 10 Stars if I Could!

This is hands-down the best Chinese restaurant we’ve ever been to! The food is bursting with flavor, always fresh, and served piping hot every single time. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. The portions are huge — we easily got three extra meals out of our order, and it was just as delicious reheated!

Everything we’ve tried has been outstanding, and you can tell they use only the freshest ingredients. The flavor is unmatched — rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. Honestly, this place doesn’t just deserve 5 stars; it deserves 10 or more!

If you’re thinking about trying this place, don’t hesitate for a second. It’s the very best Chinese food you’ll ever have!

Take heed to the bad reviews. Ordered hibachi chicken, beef in black bean sauce, pork egg foo young, wonton soup, and received a free chicken lo mein. The lo mein did not have a good flavor. The egg foo young was undercooked and mushy. The only thing that tasted okay was the hibachi chicken, but you can tell they trim the chicken and probably keep the good cuts for themselves and give customers the scraps and grizzle. I’ve never had a wonton where the dough just disintegrates. Either wonton wasn’t made correctly or the dough is old. We didn’t try the beef in black bean sauce. After trying the egg foo young, wonton soup, and lo mein we lost our appetite. Spent over $50 and totally disappointed sadly. Also took an hour and a half for food to be delivered. Will not order from Lin’s Grill again. I would recommend China Village or Wu’s Garden which are the only 2 Chinese restaurants that are somewhat decent for the Manassas area we’ve had so far. If you want authentic go to Fairfax or Annandale.

I came here with a Tractor Trailer and it was a tough to maneuver. The Restaurant it self was Clean. The Cashier was friendly and helpful with My decision for Lunch. I got the Teriyaki chicken and Shrimp bowl with noodles. I decided to eat in the restaurant. It was a small dining room. The Food came out quick. I was able to eat within My 30 minute break.

This restaurant is our favorite!! The food is freshly made, no microwaves, no MSG, it’s always piping hot, and we’ve never had a bad entree. The staff is super friendly too!

We have ordered from here a couple times before. Both times, it was fairly good. I don’t normally write reviews but this time I had to because we were not sure what we were eating. We ordered Sweet and Sour Pork and this is what came. (See pictures) Hardly any meat in it. The fried batter was white, dried, and hard. I’m guessing they used old, possibly expired, batter? After eating a couple bites, we ended up tossing the whole thing. Very disappointing. New to this area I wanted to make this place our usual Chinese restaurant.

We’ve been eating Lin’s for the better part of a decade and it’s been easily one of the most consistent experiences we’ve had. The food has always been good and I’d recommend their General Tso’s, but from everything we’ve had from their dumplings and wonton soup to their entrees have been great.

Lin’s is great, I’d highly recommend them!

Love the food, but the service is absolute trash

I live near Lin’s Grill Teriyaki House and have been here many times because I really enjoy the flavor of the food. But honestly, I’m sick of the terrible service from the girl who takes the orders. This isn’t just a one-time thing — I’ve given her more than 5 chances, thinking maybe she was having a bad day, but no, her attitude is always the same: rude, careless, and completely unprofessional.

I work in customer service myself, so I know we all have off days, but this has become a pattern. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. They seriously need to replace her because she completely ruins the experience at a place that otherwise has great food.

If you go to Lin’s Grill, be ready for good food… and the worst service.
