Food was actually good for a buffet style restaurant. Thenfood was well flavored. My personal favorite was the bbq pork ribs. We went for lunch which was only $14.99 i definitely want to go back f0r dinner as they grill steaks for only $17.99
The service was alittle slow as i only seen two servers working the entire restaurant.

As a Mesa native for over 20 years, I can honestly say that Lin’s Grand Buffet is a true breath of fresh air for this side of the Valley.

We’ve seen many buffets and Asian cuisine spots come and go over the years, but this one stands out without question as one of the best. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s care behind what they’re doing. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and consistently well served. Presentation alone puts it ahead of many competitors.

Compared to other well-known establishments — including that famous black-and-white bear with the red coat of arms — Lin’s easily outperforms. And that comparison isn’t even buffet-to-buffet. You expect a higher experience at a sit-down chain, but honestly, Lin’s delivers more value, more variety, and a more satisfying overall experience.

I brought my family here for my birthday, and they were so pleasantly surprised. My family wanted to go back after TWO rounds for yet another round, but we had to call it — we were stuffed.

They insisted we go back the very next day (3/1/26). That says everything. I was nominated to be the “delivery guy” and I did return — admittedly about five minutes before closing. They had already started cleaning and clearing up, but after a bit of convincing, the very understanding manager allowed me to grab a take-away plate of shrimp and fish. I was truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed, especially at the end of a long day. That level of customer service speaks volumes. That triggered me to write this comment.

As with any restaurant, some dishes may hit differently for different people. Some flavors may lean bold, others more subtle. That’s normal. But overall? For me, this place earns a solid A+.

The fish was excellent.
The shrimp was fantastic.
The beef was flavorful and tender.
The green beans were spot on.
And the plantains? Ridiculously succulent and absolutely delicious.
Even the rice stood out.

Our server? She worked HARDER than I have seen any other server in any establishment. She kept everything consistently filled and took the plates away instantly. Of course we left her a tip with our gratitude.

Mesa residents, let’s support this establishment. We’ve seen too many good places disappear. Lin’s Grand Buffet deserves longevity, and that only happens when the community shows up. If you haven’t been yet, go. If you’ve been once, go again.

This place is the real deal.

I went here for my 3 year anniversary and I really enjoyed the food, everything I ate was super good I definitely recommend. My favorite was the sushi personally. The price was very reasonable it’s $14.99 per adult, my total for 2 adults and drinks was $38 not bad at all. 10/10

We want on a weekend for the lunch price which was ok but having steaks all day was nice. The food choose was small, but I like it for that cause you don’t have to be up there looking for something. The mongolian grill was a nice added on just like the sushi bar. For todays age being 2026 40$ for two people is a lot but we did fill up good. Some food was weak on seasonings but It was still good. The steaks are small so you will not get med raw but med well so if you dont like that then skip that.

My family and I have eaten here many times, and it’s consistently one of our favorite places to stop whenever we’re in town. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the service has been great every single visit.

While there can be a line at peak times, it moves quickly, and the restaurant has plenty of seating so the wait is rarely long. The buffet itself is well-maintained and constantly refreshed, which really shows in the quality of the food.

One of my favorite parts is the sushi bar—it offers a great variety and is always fresh. The overall selection throughout the buffet is impressive, with something for everyone, including lots of kid-friendly options, which makes dining here as a family easy and enjoyable.

This is a place we genuinely look forward to visiting. With the wide variety, consistent quality, and friendly service, the price is very reasonable for how much they offer. We’ll absolutely continue coming back whenever we’re in town.

Just like any other buffet place. There is nothing really special about it. Actually, I was surprised by the Mongolian Grill and the steak being cooked fresh. Other than that, food really lacks flavor. Staff is definitely overwhelmed and short staffed. Hostesses could have been friendlier to guests coming in for the first time. It’s ok but I would suggest looking at other buffet places. Overall impression. Try looking at something that has more flavor and a friendlier staff.

Haven’t been to a buffet in ages, but man this one was great. The food was endless and delicious. The sushi was divine. Get Mongolian Steak cooked n ed and prepared while you watch. The waitress NEVER lets your drink get empty. The price ($20) is unbeatable. I’ll be back.

This is one of the best Asian buffets I have ever been to (and I’ve been to many). The atmosphere is very nice, bright and clean. The service was outstanding and we were happy to tip extra. They offer a wide selection of food and I sampled as much as I could possibly eat (had to waddle out). The Mongolian bar was fantastic and my other favorites included General Tso’s chicken and the potstickers (killer sauce). The highlight of the lunch for me was the fried shrimp. They nailed it. I managed to save room for dessert and enjoyed some peaches cooked in puffed pastry with a little soft serve vanilla on the side. When I told the manager how delighted we were with everything, she said to come back for dinner and try the steak. Can’t wait. This place was so good, it would be a great value at double the price.
