Ordered here for the first time in over a year. All I can say is wow. They have vastly improved the quality and experience. I ordered the general tso and the chicken was CRUNCHY, just fresh and delicious! The portions were huge and the pricing was just affordable.
I also ordered the eggplant is garlic sauce and it was so darn good. They use the real Chinese eggplant, it was fresh, delicious, and portions enough for two people.
I will be back again soon for sure!

I am devastated! Lin’s Chinese in Cloverly has just closed permanently!
I am not sure what I will do without them…. Such perfect service and delicious food every single time. Their recording says they have gone back to China to take care of older relatives. I hope someday they will return and reopen but I wish them the very best in their next chapter.

One of my meals was missing when I picked up at 9pm Saturday did not realize until 10:30 when I open the bag, never during the last decade have I had a problem. Sunday when I went back talking to the young girl, she kept saying it was all there, problem not solved.

I’ve never ate here before decided to order some general tso chicken and soon as I opened it I could tell the food was not fresh chicken was very soggy like it was sitting for days rice was hard definitely would not recommend I even tried given the food to my dog and he would not eat it so not eat here !!

My favorite place in the dmv so far. Carryout only. Reasonable prices and quality and quantity. Super kind and friendly service. Great basic Chineese food spot. If you live in the area and you are going somewhere else I’d love to know where? And your reasons. Every friday you will catch me there getting dinner. It’s not friday without Lin’s.

We enjoyed a shrimp dish, general tsos chicken, and spicy eggplant. We asked for mustard and they gave us little containers of their own mustard – which is really good. We walked in not knowing it was not a sit down place. I give them a good rating on atmosphere because it was clean and they had a little table to sit at while we waited. Plus, the woman we ordered from was very nice.
We ordered quickly, the place was clean, and they cooked our food quickly.

I feel bad saying this because the girl at the front is really sweet and helpful. But the food is disgusting. They used spaghetti noodles to make lo mein. Their been Schizuan wasn’t Schizuan at all. The plain rice tasted off and old. To be honest I was afraid to eat the rest of it. We will not be going again.

The lo mein noodles here have a spaghetti like texture and a bit too al dente and not the soft noodles that are used everywhere else. The other dishes are consistent with other Chinese restaurants but the lo mein is like spaghetti.

Excellent take out spot. Service is quick and friendly and the every dish I’ve tried has been good. These folks know what they’re doing. As a vegetarian, can recommend the Mapo tofu (actually spicy!) and General Tso, which included the sauce on the side so everything would still be fresh and crispy by the time I got home. Also shout out to the quality of the rice, which is much better than you typically would get.

Hands down best Chinese in the area. We’ve tried multiple places and nothing compares! We’ve ordered online, we’ve done pick up and delivery, we’ve called and ordered – never any issues! General Tsos chicken is flavorful and fresh- the egg rolls are delicious- orange chicken was good- and the beef and broccoli!
