This is a favorite spot for a my family to eat. Since I have been joining them, the food has always been delicious. The flavors are abundant and portions adequate for the price. Food comes out fast and fresh. Recently, they’ve added fruit teas and the strawberry was amazing! The restaurant is cozy, staff friendly and there is always this cute little table of gifts that you can purchase from. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this exquisite cuisine.

Customer service is so important. I called in a to go order felt like I had to be defensive because the lady is so RUDE!!! I have ordered here several times but this time I had to write a review. I understand her English is limited but to provide good service kindness is key. I am debating never ordering again because of the rudeness by phone. I like to support local businesses, I typically tip on to go but no tip this time better service needed. Food is pretty tasty.

2023 review: Came back after five years and it was a good as we remembered. Staff remembered us and greeted us warmly for our late lunch. Food is still delicious and plentiful. Service and prices are still great. They even prepared my General Tso’s Chicken, extra spicy as I like it.
2018 review: We have been coming to Lin’s for years. Lots of dishes to choose from. Once you became a regular they will really spice up the dishes if you like extra spices. Meals are well prepared, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Lunches are a particular good deal.

Really bad service. We went to Lin’s for dinner, it was about 11 people. They were so much in a hurry to close. They did not bring out enough utensils. When we asked for utensils, the lady said we only need 2 more. We ordered a bowl of soup. They did not bring cups with soup so the soup got cold and was not good. The lady was taking our plates, cups before we were done eating and was trying to rush us out. We paid for the food and we could not even finish what was in our plates. Same happened with leftovers, she wanted to take them and people were still trying to eat. Also, the restaurant people brought pizza in and all of them were eating that across from us. The lady who was serving us was eating and trying to provide customer service. Overall it was a such bad experience, and the food was not that great either. I understand it was getting close to the closing time and they want to go home. But, they could have provided better services or told us they closing and not taking anymore customers so we could have gone some other restaurant and had great night. Me and my family came out of state and we definetely will not recommend this place.

The price and service is great! $7.50 for a huge lunch portion with fried rice, an egg roll, chicken wing and .50 cent up charge for soup. The server was constantly on top of refills and checking to make sure we were ok. The food was ok and I wish it was more flavorful. Overall a good choice for lunch!

Delicious Cashew Chicken, good Chili Oil, and excellent customer service. Green Curry and thai coconut soup were a bit lackluster. Eggroll has lots of pork fat in it but it comes with the meal and lunch menu prices are cheaper than most restaurants. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Great food and service! We just moved to the area and needed a good local place. We tried Lin’s and were not disappointed! Lin’s chicken, Beef with snow peas, crab rangoon, and beef stick were all excellent.

Awful customer service. Ive been coming to this restaurant over ten years.The last few months service gets worse and worse.Today I went with my family.I was told I could not get two wings. Said I had to get egg rolls.Then I asked for clear broth soup I was told I could not get that either. Based on the fact I cannot get what iI was paying for I decided this will be my last time coming to this restaurant.My departments comes here frequently for going away parties. They also lost that business. I even paid for two cokes that I did not get to drink. Its a shame this place uae tio be pretty good. If you want good food and great service go to the Kani House in Buford.
