This place has the best pizza in Libertyville. I highly recommend it. Everything on the menu is delicious, and my whole family always loves what they get. My kids are always happy with everything off the kids menu. And the takeout process is really strong. They always have the food ready when they tell me it’ll be ready, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everything very enjoyable. Be sure to check this place out.

Ordered a shrimp scampi and my friends also ordered a chicken dish (comes with the pasta). It was cooked perfectly al dente, and while slightly bland, the table salt and pepper could easily help you make it the way you like. Between the two though, the chicken was my favorite! It was cooked very well with a great sauce that came with it.
The interior is definitely older, with a low-lighting setting on. While not up to my taste, I can definitely see this location being far more enjoyable at night with the soft mood lighting.

Lino’s generously hosted a Family Dinner at the Great Lakes Naval Base USO—and let me tell you, the families absolutely loved every bite. You filled their plates and their hearts! ❤️ ️

We have been going here for years and today they really pulled through when we had a large family dinner that needed to be ready on short notice. We called in the order right when they opened and in about an hour we were picking up our full order of delicious Italian food. Everything was prepared and packed perfectly and arrived fresh and delicious for our meal. Thank you Lino’s for always having the best food and excellent service. I would recommend this restaurant for date night, family dinner, special occasions and even game day pizza and wings. Amazing!!!

I ordered the thin-crust Lino’s special. The cheese was super chewy, and the crust was doughy. The flavor wasn’t there; maybe the huge amount of green peppers dulled it down? Anyway, I won’t speak on the rest of the menu; I just tried the pizza.

I’ve ordered from Lino’s about 20 times since I moved to Libertyville. It’s always been good and consistent. Today I had guests over and ordered from Lino’s. It had so much cheese it wasn’t enjoyable. Half of it was thrown out, one guest even said “this is gross, I can’t eat it.” But it’s all we had so we had to serve it.
Growing up in a family that owned a pizzeria, LaRosa in Skokie (in our family since 1957), I felt this pizza was best. But when I asked why this pizza was so overwhelmed with cheese they simply advised me to “order light cheese next time.” I know that cheese is the most expensive ingredient. I also know that this was an error – either new pizza man or they misread the ticket. Again, their error.
Some people love extra cheese, but the amount of cheese put on this pizza was in fact, gross. And we should have gotten a credit for the pizzas.
Won’t be ordering again from Lino’s with this type of customer service. I’ll go to Bills in Third Lake.

Had the Veal Marsala. The meat was about 1/4 inch thick. Would rather have just one thicker piece. Sauce was good with lots of mushrooms. My wife had Hawaiian pizza. We were not impressed.

More like a 2.5 stars. Alright pizza, charming restaurant, had a nice mom and pop feel. But pricey for what you get! I’m pretty sure the prices on the dine in menu are higher than the take out menu prices, so not much of a bang for your buck!!

We ordered the Chicken Alfredo as well as the Chicken Marsala during our most recent visit (take out). We both thought our food tasted pretty good and wouldn’t mind returning there.
However, the packaging that was done was fairly poor as the fluids from both dishes easily leaked out of the paper bag provided despite having it upright. Both dishes were placed on their sides in this case.
