Absolutely amazing experience! This restaurant served the best pork chop I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of the great food, our server Ryan truly made the night even better. He was very polite, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His great attitude and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I’m posting this review while the taste is still fresh in my mouth. We started with the boudin balls filled with pepper Jack. Nice and crispy, perfectly seasoned and a great start. We shared the Dirty Cat, blackened catfish atop dirty rice with a bacon Gouda sauce. The fish was flaky, The rice seasoned with sausage and green onions and the sauce was decadent. A side of gumbo embodied a dark roux that made me long to be in NOLA. The red beans and rice were the best I’ve had anywhere. Portions are generous and easily shared. We finished with an order of beignets and strong coffee. This is my new favorite dinner spot. We each had a glass of wine with dinner and the total with tip was still under $100.

First visit and it was beyond amazing. The service was impeccable, atmosphere was awesome and food was exceptional. We had the gator tails for an appetizer, Seafood Lunch for a meal and the Boudin Ball Platter. Hands down all was amazing and way better than expected. The Breaux Sauce I wanted to take gallons of it home. I highly recommend if in the area or even a 50 mile radius. It’s worth the drive, as we’re an hour and a half away. With that being said we will be back.

UPDATE:
They have Tabasco now!!! Yay. Just tried the T-boy appetite. Holy yum!! It was delicious and so filling!
Their cocktails are off the hook. Espresso martini was shaken to perfection. The smoky old fashion has the big block ice. Louisiana Iced Tea was surprisingly refreshing!
Love taking people here when we are in town. Met one of the owners a few times and told him how much we love this place!
Lots of recommendations from the local NSU football parents to try this place.
Came on a Friday night at 8pm. No wait, plenty of tables. Greeted by a friendly host who sat us at our table.
Ordered a smoky old fashion. sooooooo good.
Appetizers were chargrilled oysters and gator bites. Had to try something new like gator. Tastes like chicken. Really yummy. Chargrilled oysters were good but a bit salty. They needed Tabasco but we were told they don’t have any. Isn’t that a Louisiana thing?
Dinner was shrimp & grits for the boys, Cajun pasta for me. Shrimp & grits were good. Again, needed Tabasco. They do have Louisiana hot sauce but not the same.
Cajun pasta had good flavor but was really salty.
No room for dessert but they did sound amazing!
Next time I’ll bring my own Tabasco because we WILL be back often!

I loved the dirty rice fried chicken meal (was the speacial),however, the shrimp boil did not win me over. It was definitely too fishy for my liking. They have tall tables and table and chair sets. No booths, I was also bummed about that. The waitress was great, everything was quick. The other dish we tried, we also liked.

Always great service and food! Today we were greeted promptly by the host and seated with no wait. Server was Benjamin—we have had him several times and he is wonderful! Food and drinks were delicious. We have gone for date night, with grandkids, and to meet family from Bixby (that enthusiastically drive over to get some Linney Breaux’s).

Highly overrated, from a Cajun stand point I had high hopes however those were dashed away at the first bite of our appetizer. WAY WAY over salted, There was absolutely no flavor past it. The fries were old and stale possibly yesterday’s left overs. Admittedly the fried catfish was EXCELLENT However that was the only thing ordered last night that a hit, everything else was underwhelming or shockingly poorly done. The blackened catfish was perfectly done but the seasons used left it bland, the dirty rice outshined it with flavor. The pasta was passable but the noodles were over cooked. I feel I would try them again on a less busy day, it was packed and impossible to hear people at your own table. The bathroom was dirty and the staff barely tried to upsale you anything.
