The food is good but it use to be the best. After the change in ownership its seems the consideration for the food quality and consistency in flavor has taken a back seat to the need for income. With that said they are quick and they do listen when you see something or taste something off. They are not too big to happily correct it. I had an issue recently with the over use of some ingredients that was making the beef gravy turn to jelly and I haven’t had that issue since so I hope soon to be able to leave a higher rating.

the food was more or less, but I say, if I work in a place with not very good food, at least my service should be good. I asked for a pork lo mein combo and the woman who serves me tells me it’s $5 more than the price, I tell her but why does it say pork lo main here and she says, yes, but if you want chicken and pork it’s $5 more and I’ll ask you again to say, I only said pork lo mein and he made a bad face at me and his attention was terrible and I regret leaving him a tip, but the truth is, I do not recommend it.

Usually, we get takeout about every other week. The last 3 times in a row were disasters. We ordered over the phone, and the woman is very rushed on taking your order. The first time they messed up, they just forgot the white rice. The second time, they put it in as a combo instead of a qt of chicken with broccoli, but this last time took the cake. Ordered 2 shrimp rolls, cheese wonton, qt of chicken with broccoli, and a beef with broccoli combo. Got there to pick it up, and it was in a box. Looked in and could see it was more that was ordered. There were 3 extra qts of chicken with broccoli. The lady said it was what we ordered and was told no, it was not. She went in the back and loudly flipped out in her language. Also was a full lobby waiting on their food. Came back out and took out the extra stuff, and then overcharged by one meal. It is one thing to have a bad day but 3 times to the same customer. We are done with this place.

Let me start this off with the smell, if I could insert a gif of someone throwing up I would because that’s how bad it is inside. Now the staff seemed nice, but sweet baby Jesus the smell is that of a old mobile home that is full of mold and sat unused for a decade. It’s horrible. Thankfully they are not allowing customers to eat inside. If they did I’m positive no one would anyways. I had the correct mind set to just turn around and go somewhere else, I didn’t though. I figured I’d at least try the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Wrong idea. After I ordered and paid I watched him take a large tray of it out of the drink cooler behind the counter and then place the the fryer. It’s common for places to have food preped like this but not sitting uncovered on the bottom shelf of a cooler where your constantly opening to get drink’s out of. At this point I realized I have made a bad life choice. Unfortunately I’m frugal with cash and damnit Im not letting this $10.28 go to waste, well that’s exactly what happened. I received my food in 10 min. It taste as if it has been sitting around since the Truman administration. Just look at the pic. Isn’t it sad looking. WOULD YOU JUST LOOK AT THAT! LOL I didn’t finish it, I placed it in their dumpster. Maybe I came on a bad day, maybe it’s just a bad crew working today. I don’t know, but what I do know is I do not recommend this location.

I’m thankful that Ling Ling is in Bath, NY. I have always had an excellent experience with the food that I’ve gotten from them. I absolutely love the chicken and broccoli. All of the staff have been excellent and helpful

I think they must have changed owners, the recipes have definitely changed and not for the better. I’m really disappointed because i used to love this place, tried a couple months ago and it was off. Hadn’t tried it again until today and it’s the same as last time. The sweet and sour sauce is different now and the sweet and sour chicken is greasy. The cheese wontons are also not as good, i can only describe the taste as “off”. Also pretty sure the one guy who worked there and was really good isn’t there anymore.
