My husband and I have been going to Lindy’s for 10 years now and tonight was the worst experience ever. I ordered wings and requested flats – the cook says they can’t do all flats as that messes with the chicken count so I’m like I understand that’s all good. 6 wings comes out with one wing. Please know the chicken count is one wing to every 5 drumsticks. (I’m assuming) I proceed to tell the waitress that I will pay for the wings as I ordered them but I’m not eating them. I usually get at least 2 wings maybe 3 when I order them normally. I also ordered fries with cheese and bacon on them and they come out with onions. I am a simple person but also know what I want when I eat out which isn’t often. With all of this said I was truly disappointed in the cook tonight. Service was top notch and I tipped the normal 20% as I know a waitress cannot control what the cook does and the tip should be based on the server’s service as that is what they have control over. Kudos to the waitress don’t know what to say about the cook.

Great Food and Service.
We were a group of 6 adults and it was nice to able to visit comfortably in the restaurant side of the restaurant. We thought at first about going to the bar but found it was too noise for us to socialize.
The finger steaks, chicken, and onion rings were some of the best we have had.
Generous proportions and a fair price.
We were able to enjoy well crafted drinks from their bar as well.

Worst food I’ve had in years. Wife had fingersteaks and waitress comped the meal because they were mostly raw. I wanted prime rib but was told I couldn’t have it because it was on special two 8 oz for 70.00. So I got the rib eye. No kidding it was about 1/4 in think and was 75%grizzly and fat. What little meat there was was so tuff it couldn’t be chewed. The place is supposed to be a steak house. Not even close. Won’t be going back.

We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Not the fanciest place, but who cares when the food was so delicious. We had the finger steaks and chicken strips with fries. Definitely recommend.

Old school restaurant, reasonable prices, service is great. Food is hit or miss dish to dish. They accel at fried food for sure. I’ve been here twice. First time I ordered finger steaks, they were great. Second time I ordered a wrap and the wrap was soaking wet and stuck to the paper I had to pull it all apart and eat the filling with a fork. Friends had fried fish and salad that looked good.

Lindy’s, contrary to popular belief, is NOT a steak house (steak isn’t even on the menu), but more of a sports bar, with typical sports bar food, and inattentive wait staff.
We both had chicken, I had fries for a side and she had a salad.
Both meals were acceptable although not what l had intended when we pulled up.
A good sports bar, but terrible for a steak house

Bar tender wouldn’t serve us cuz the only place to sit was a table. Evidently you have to wait for a waitress.
Then we sat at a table for long enough we left, waitress never came. Literally dont understand bars in this town. You want to sell a drink or not. Who cares who gives it to me, still costs the same out of my pocket.. If I had a beer I would have waited a long time but if I cant get a beer at the bar or table then I might as well go to McDonald’s

Hadn’t been there in a couple years. So glad to see nothing seems to have changed. I had the steak sandwich. It was great.

Food is great on the restaurant side. Really Really good. Best taco salad. Mostly salad but I loved it. Ranch is to die for. Service when appropriately staffed on the bar side is great. Maybe there was a convention at the hotel next door but they did the best the could. There were a lot of people. Still got served appropriately. Great job to the male bar tender. He rocks!
