For an update on Lindo Valle Mexican Grill, as of 1/1/2023 they currently have a 50% off entrees on Monday and Tuesday and have changed their days they are open. They are now open 5 days a week! The are now only closed on a Wednesday and Thursday. The Carnitas street tacos are the bomb!!! And they give you chicharrones with your chips and salsa!!

I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting Pauma Casino. It is one of the best, if not, THE best Mexican food restaurants I have ever dined at. We have visited twice and have had the shrimp cocktail, the chicken taquitos, my husband enjoyed the carne asada fajita style and we also had the seafood empanadas. Everything is full of flavor, I mean I love their pickled onions that they use as garnish.They give you chips and salsa as an appetizer as well. Only one tiny recommendation, I wish they offered Aguas frescas but that’s just me because they do offer Margaritas and other alcohol aside from your regular soft drinks. It is a small establishment but the customer service has been great so far. I can’t wait to go back. Unfortunately, I only took two pictures of our food…we simply had to dig right in.

This is some of the best Mexican food I have had in a while. My husband and I planned our Saturday to go to the restaurant. We got there to early. We didn’t realize it opens at 4. We left and came back! The beef rib enchiladas and the carnitas sopes were excellent! The chips and salsa, guacamole, delicious! It is worth the drive! The customer service is also wonderful!!!

Don’t bother with this place…..service is horrible and atmosphere is average. Took 15 mins to get seated when the placewasn’t half full….1/2 of our order was finally served after another 25 min wait….they brought fajitas but no salsa, tortillas or rice/beans…..that took another 15 mins…..at which time the fajitas were cold. Atmosphere was cafeteria style….not great.
