Most food was very good
Chicken tortilla soup was excellent
One entree was a Pollo asado type prep and the chicken was bland and dry. Everything else was very good to excellent

It was very busy. Lots of old folks (like me). I had tacos for taco Tuesday. They’re not super cheap ($3, and you only have a choice of shredded beef and chicken, or ground beef). But they are pretty hardy. And they are so tasty!!! I had one of each last time to see which my favorite would be. I think the shredded beef is favorite, but I ordered all three again because they’re all so good. I normally only every order water at restaurants to save some money. But you have to order a drink to get the special taco price. So I ordered coffee ( it’s a buck cheaper than soft drinks) and surprisingly it too was very tasty. The service was excellent. My server is very nice and attentive, checking in me often. I’ll most likely be heading there next Tuesday, hahaha.

I visited this restaurant while I was visiting Prescott. I really like Mexican food and I wanted to see what the Mexican food was like in the Prescott area. After eating the food me and the family got back in my truck and started heading back home about an hour south of Phoenix. I made it an hour into the drive before I got the worst stomach pains and had to pull over at a gas station bathroom . I had horrible diarrhea and vomiting and got stuck on the toilet for 30 mins while my family ( 2 year old son ,5 year old daughter and wife )waited in the truck . I had to stop 3 more times with bad diarrhea before i got home . The 2 1/2 hour drive turned into 4 hours NIGHTMARE . I continued to have severe stomach issues for the next 3 days. I reviewed the Google reviews for this restaurant and found RAFAEL the owner apologizing and posting his phone # to other customers who had a similar bad experience as me with food poisoning. I called and texted Rafael and he said he would refund me the money I spent on my food through Zelle . He said he could not refund me through my credit card because his system wouldn’t allow it. We’ll he never refunded me through Zelle, and then he completely ghosted me. I have the text messages from him I can screen shot and post to prove it. The sad thing is if RAFAEL would have refunded me the money I would not be leaving this review. I am not really a review leaver but I think others need to be warned. BEWARE, others have gotten food poisoning from the restaurant. The staff was also not friendly. And the manager I called first at the restaurant to let her know I got food poisoning basically called me a liar and stated that it couldn’t be food poisoning. She was very rude and disrespectful. I have simce moved to Prescott and live in Prescott, and I have family who has lived in Prescott for 50years. I will let them and everyone else in the are know my bad experience.

My visit was brief
I did notice right off the bat, when seated on the south wall the wall was hot. I realized the suns heat was coming through the wall. Kinda uncomfortable when I was already warm. Suggestion sit to the north if you dont want to be hot eating.

First time in the area. The food was delicious shrimp was tad overcooked but we enjoyed our meal very much. The white sauce they used over our seafood meals hit the spot! It was full of flavor and one of a kind to date. The drinks were a bit weak yet still refreshing after a long days drive. The servers were pleasant and the atmosphere was happy and bright. Would go back again for sure!

visited this restaurant expecting a full Mexican experience. they didn’t offer some signature items like quesabirrias or Mexican sodas. Was charged for soda water, ($8 felt like a punishment) and they didn’t have Apple Pay as a payment option. Will never come back to this place don’t waste your time and money. Waitress and host didn’t try to solve or suggest or make it right.

The Mexican food is amazing. However the service leaves much to be desired. I used to love this place. This last visit changed that. Ordered a T-bone steak ($27) medium rare, did not have high expectations.
Steak came out. Half of steak is well done, half of steak is Raw. And I actually mean raw. Not pink, not rare. Blue, barely seared and STILL COLD.
Showed waitress and she said sorry, took it away, and gave me the bill. I ate 4 bites of a 1/4″ thick T-bone….and paid 27$.
Macho burrito is great, lindo trio is great.
Dont charge 27$ for a steak your going to throw on the grill frozen and not cook right.
