not gonna lie, this might be the best breakfast I’ve ever had……

It’s the #1 on breakfast menu, comes with eggs, hash browns peppers, tortillas. Salsa is and it comes out on a hot plate so it stays nice and hot. Mixed with melted cheese.

I’ve had a lot of pozole in my life, but good LORD, the red pozole at Lindo Mexico sent me to into orbit. The menu has pictures of all the items and I was blown away at the pozole I got when the menu picture was so ordinary.

The bowl was HUGE and came packed with lots of meat and hominy. It wasn’t dangerously spicy, but the flavor was so excellent. Pozole like this makes me forget that it’s over 100 degrees outside, but it’s always caldo season, right?

It came with tons of cabbage, onion, cilantro, and jalapeños and you know I poured them right in. It also came with fresh tostadas.

To wrap it up, I’ve had red pozole at fancy restaurants and they paled in comparison. And this pozole was only $12!

If you are in Hunstville, go to Lindo Mexico.

Trust me.

This place is a hidden gem if you’re not from Huntsville. We got breakfast there and were very satisfied. Will definitely stop by again when passing through Huntsville.

Very good! A nice, unassuming spot right in the middle of Huntsville, with all day breakfast tacos that are truly lovely. Their salsa has the perfect little kick to add to the tacos, and the staff – though busy as can be, as the place was bustling- was very nice and courteous, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The food was pretty good but we were the only customers and the lady was wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping the whole time we were there, even though it was long before closing time.

2/22 Ordered steak and cheese and bacon and egg tacos were fresh and good. The steak tacos were my favorite, super flavorful and soft!!!!!

Nov 26 , 2020 Ordered tamales for 15$ a dozen were full of greese and microwaved to hot. Did not have flavor called and they’re not able to anything about they’re bad food. Had to trash the food. Will not be back!!!!!

Past 2 times they leave in the fat or layer under the fajita were it’s not good. I take it out and the rest is still good but don’t want that in my tacos. Going 2 give them a small break.

Beef fajita tacos were cooked perfect!!!!!

Beef fajita tacos are always good. The chicken enchiladas were ok, the meat was dry. The rice and beans were not that great. Over all the past experiences they’re a 4 star but past 2 visits a 3.

Great tacos, minus 1 star for, some of the rice was hard. Food was fresh and full of flavor. Got Beef fajita tacos.

The food is good but the charro beans didn’t have any flavor; no cilantro essence no natural tasting, they always look like beans with gravy when they are not supposed to look nor taste like that. I need the charro beans with real bacon and not just a piece of fat and cilantro grandmother style with pinto beans. I don’t know what is happening but please throw that recipe away. Bring someone in that knows how to make them, those are not it. Just throw the whole pot away.

The atmosphere is typical taquería style. No pretentiousness here. The food is wonderful if you like Mexican food, Tex-mex aficionados can still get something familiar there too, but they offer the real deal good stuff. I always get the street tacos with barbacoa and they’re spot on. You can order caldo anytime also, which is great when you don’t feel well. I love the aguas frescas, my favorite is tamarindo.

The service is usually good. They take care of you without hovering. This is my favorite place to eat Mexican food.

Food is always good, been coming hear for years. Last three visits, service was terrible. One time she brought only one meal. I had to chase her down for mine! They were just standing right next to us, laughing, gossiping, and on their phones. Not a good experience!
