You have to go early if you don’t have a reservation but it’s worth it. It’s been over probably 20 years since I’ve been here and I remember going to this place as a teen. When my sister told me it was still open and we’re going here I was excited to try it again. I remember that it was so good.

Fast forward to today, the steak is just as good and the quality is in the taste. I got the medium special T-Bone that had the filter and NY strip. The filet was outstanding and so tender. The NY side was meaty and good. Everything well seasoned.

Want a solid steak in Orlando? Consider Linda’s La Cantina.

Confirmed!✅ it is the best steakhouse in Orlando. I recently got around the restaurant in the area confused by the name. I thought it would be a Mexican restaurant. Instead, it’s an old school steakhouse. In fact it’s great. I heard there’s a crazy waitlist, but we walked right up on a Thursday evening bone in New York strip steak confuse me because it’s more like a T-bone but better . In house made blue cheese salad dressing sirloin, tidbits and bourbon sauce very tender surprisingly very great price point huge portions. I didn’t make it to dessert, but I will return and maybe try to pineapple chicken. The bar area is very traditional. What a fire pit designed a decor is original and charming. Service was great. It was crowded, but we had no delays in good qualities server. warm fresh bread and Reeal butter

This restaurant was worth the wait and extra steps to get a reservation! You have to text a number with the request and wait, it did take about a day for them to confirm for a weekday dinner. Everything was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Our water glasses were not empty for even a second. Thank you very much to our server Andy. The French onion soup was my favorite thing we ordered. Overall we had a perfect meal to celebrate our special occasion.

We waited almost 2 hours to try this place, and once we were done, we didnt regret it at all!

The portions of steak are massive + cooked to absolute perfection. My ribeye was perfectly marbled + well seasoned. They have the option for order spaghetti as a side dish (which is insane) + you can add meat sauce to it. My husband devoured it, I didn’t even get to try any lol

I can’t remember the exact name of my wine choice, it was Tuscan something, but it was bold, full-bodied + dry, the perfect compliment to my steak, I had 1 glasses.

** special mention: I dont know what’s in the house vinaigrette, but its fantastic, slightly acidic but bright.

This place does not disappoint! If you haven’t gone yet, make sure you do!

I’ve heard great reviews about Linda’s, and now I understand why. We showed up without a reservation. Wait was about an hour and a half so we chilled at the bar. Bar staff was super chill, drinks were awesome. Got called for our table and immediately we’re assisted with drinks and appetizers. Food is freaking delicious! The steaks. THE STEAKS! Wow! The steaks here are the real deal. All the food was fantastic. Finished our evening with delicious desert and are SO looking forward to coming back. This place is a central florida staple and I now understand why. Linda’s you are IT!

This classic steakhouse, established in the 1947, continues to impress with its timeless charm and perfectly cooked steaks. The menu offers a mix of traditional favorites, steaks and please try the blackened snapper! Delicious.
True gem that proves quality never goes out of style.

Very good steak for probably the most reasonable price point in Orlando set in an old building that gives off the vibe of stepping into the Italian Mafia. The sides weren’t that great, but the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to exact degree of doneness that you want. If it wasn’t for the very reasonable price point for the steak, I’d probably just give it 4 stars. Service was friendly and not a long wait for food. Portions were generous, including wine. I’d come back.

I don’t say this often about steak at restaurants but the steaks here are worth making the reservation a month in advance. The sides are meh but the steak is phenomenal. Our server was busy but very attentive. And for the quality, the price is probably the lowest you will find in Orlando.

I would have given a 3.5 score if it was available. We came for dinner, 2 months to get reservations. Very busy, and popular restaurant. Service was good, but a bit slow- plan on a 2 hr visit. Tried appetizers-cheese sticks they were good. I ordered an 8 oz top sirloin steak- medium/well. I got a charred steak. I ended up cutting all the charred areas off- steak left tasted OK.

The steak was excellent. Our potatoes were on the cold side. That’s why I gave 3 stars for the food. Now let’s move on to the service. This night was planned by my sweet elderly mother to treat her daughter and son in law for their 60th and 63rd birthdays. We made reservations weeks in advance. We showed up 10 minutes before 4pm, our reservation time. There was a line formed outside. Within 20 minutes there was not an empty seat in the place. After about 10 minutes, a tall bald man came to take our drink orders. My mother stated to him that we were there to celebrate said birthdays with absolutely no response from him. He just let my 83 year old beautiful mother sit there with no response like “happy birthday”.. you know, like normal people would respond. Anyway, it took another 20 minutes for him to come back and get our orders. Here’s where it gets ugly. Total wait time for us to receive our meals was an HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES! By that time we witnessed 5 tables order, get served, paid bills and left. We were the dead last to get our food from that original start crowd. It was the first time in my mother’s 83 years of life that she didn’t want to leave a tip. On such a special day she had planned for over a month. The waiters excuse for the long wait was simply, “I’m still waiting on the medium well steaks. I learned last night that it takes just shy of 2 hours for a raw steak to be cooked to a medium well. I will attach one photo, not from your restaurant though. After that horrible experience we decided to go downtown to Delaney’s for a drink. Where we were properly received by the staff. Our drinks were amazing and they brought out a couple of delectable sweets for us to share and enjoy… on the house! That’s the way you treat customers for return business. Take notes
