Stopped in for breakfast and this place delivers exactly what it promises: solid, homemade breakfast fare with a local touch. The biscuits here are the standout, they are big, fresh, and flavorful, especially the bacon, egg, and cheese. Portion sizes feel generous for what you pay, and it’s clear the food isn’t mass-produced, it’s made right that morning. Lots of locals swear by the chicken and gravy plate too, and from the buzz in line it’s easy to see why. 
Service is friendly and down-to-earth. Staff seem to recognize regulars and move orders along relatively quickly even when it’s busy. The vibe isn’t fancy; this is breakfast comfort food with a genuine small business feel. Expect a line during peak morning hours, because people clearly come back for the food. 
Hours are limited (breakfast only, weekdays), so plan accordingly. If you want a no-frills, hearty breakfast that actually tastes homemade and leaves you full, this is a dependable stop in Jefferson.

My wife and I have been living in jefferson for 10 years now and I can’t believe we never knew about this place until recently!
First off I must say, we’ve driven by here hundreds of times and never knew it was even here since it is in a tiny little corner inside of a gas station. One would probably not think anything of it but let me tell you, this place is an absolute hidden gem!
My wife and I decided to get the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. To my surprise, our biscuits were made lightning fast and handed to us in under 60 seconds. When we opened the wrapper, we were astonished to see that the biscuits were absolutely massive! Not only were the biscuits fresh and super warm, but they were so soft and perfectly buttered.
You want to know the crazy thing about the biscuits? They were barely over $5 each! That is a phenomenal price for what you’re getting!!!
They have quite a few other things on their menu as well which we will definitely be back to try. I sure hope this review helps others to go and give this place a try. Im sure there are probably quite a few other families out there that may not have any idea this place exists.

Yum, Yum, Yum! Best biscuits out there! May favorite is the butter brown sugar. My partner loves the tenderloin biscuit. Be careful when ordering, you can’t just order 1. They are too delicious just to have 1! Also, they love the puppies and the puppies love them when bacon is shared in the drive-thru. Best to order ahead too but still worth the long wait if you don’t.

Bad idea.
There is no dine inside now, only drive though.
A very nice older lady took our order and money and gave us the food all at the same window.
For $2.90 I got frozen hash browns.
I also ordered an egg biscuit but they did not have tomatoes to add.
All served I fabulous styrofoam.
With political season upcoming the front had many signs.
Two of which I will attach.
Of course the signs do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the people inside,…
But I bet they do.
I will not be coming back.
