Lincoln Square Pancake House has been a family run restaurant since it was founded in 1989 by George Katris. There are currently 11 Lincoln Square Pancakes House locations around the central Indiana area. Each location has its own character and charm which is due in great part to the neighborhood that it is in. Our customer truly makes us who we are.
We are always adding new items to our menu and have some great seasonal items as well. That is not to say that we do not keep our tried and trues items on the menu. Come out and try us if you have not been to one of our locations yet. If you have welcome back. We welcome your feedback and it is most effective at the location at the time you visit.
Cheery diner with a menu of hefty pancakes with various toppings, omelets & sandwiches.

You feel like family here! Absolutely top-notch service! Fabulous food with ever-changing specials. And by far my favorite place around to get true HOMEMADE soup! Delish! Every visit is enjoyable and they take care of you like family; especially Penny! ❣️I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

I’ve been to other Lincoln Squares, but this was the first for me at this location. A friend and I were looking for somewhere different after church so we checked it out, and we were certainly glad we did. First and foremost, the service with Penny was excellent! She was a true sweetheart and so attentive to us and our needs. She was actually worried that my friend didn’t like his food because we were talking so much and catching up. We also took it home because there was so much, and neither of us were extremely hungry. It was delicious! I had the Lincoln Skillet with a side of french toast. The total experience was great, but I have to say, Penny made it complete! Thank you so much Penny.

We tried this place for the first time today. There’s always a line, but we didn’t wait long to be seated. After placing our order we waited and waited….after at least 30min we had to flag our waitress who said she’d check. Our order had been “lost”. You’d think she would have noticed as it is not a big place, never offered to refill our coffee until our order was “lost”.Finally got our food, never checked that it was ok until we got ready to leave. She comped our coffee, which was nice, but we won’t be back. Coffee is bitter and super strong, even to my husband who likes it strong.Too many great service breakfast places to bother with this one. Disappointing.

I’ve been to many all-day breakfast places, but this spot truly sets itself apart. I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I have ever tasted!
The pancakes and French toast here are phenomenal—hands down the best I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with attention to detail.
If you are a breakfast lover, you must try this place. It exceeds all expectations!

Excellent breakfast place. My husband and I come here very often and are always treated very well. The service is speedy, friendly, & knowledgable about their menu. I love coming here more than anywhere else due to how homey, delicious, & how much of a happy place this is. They make fresh squeezed orange juice every morning as well and I can’t even begin to tell you how tasty it is. They truly do set themselves apart from every other breakfast place. Great way to start your day when you come to Lincoln Square. Can’t believe they put a location right across the street from us… can’t wait to keep giving them our business and continuing to spread a good word about them.

We had a very large group on a Sunday morning, had 22 people. Seated in the heated patio. Beautiful space! Penny was our server and she was AMAZING! She managed the group effortlessly, and made great recommendations. The food came out QUICK and everything was FANTASTIC!! This place is great and would recommend highly.

I order me a huevos rancheros and it wasn’t huevos rancheros. The huevos rancheros come in a fry corn tortilla . if we are going to use the name of one of our traditional Mexican plates please make it authentic and not lie to the people.

The omelets seem to be a premade mold of steamed eggs. Almost like someone was making a scramble, changed their minds, and placed it in a half moon mold. The result was steamed, bland eggs, with no fluffiness or outer crust whatsoever. Take your $13 elsewhere. Hash browns were good though

I’ve had breakfast here twice on weekday mornings. Both times there was zero wait to be seated. Dining room is very clean and quiet (at least around 9am on a weekday); both indoor and outdoor seating is available (weather permitting). Staff are unfailingly kind and attentive. Indoor tables have one built-in wireless charging puck, which is awesome! I enjoy their omelettes, my breakfast buddy says the pancakes and bacon are great. Portions are generous, imho, as I’ve gone home with leftovers both times (both mine and my breakfast buddy’s). I can’t comment on restrooms as I’ve never needed them and I’m not sure where they’re located. Plenty of free parking. If you’ve been to the one @ 86th/Ditch, this ain’t that – this one is bigger, brighter, has tables (no booths or counter seating) and there’s no fear of being uncomfortably close to other diners. Highly recommend, will continue to happily breakfast here!

HORRIBLE!!! Manager should be more aware on what comes out of their kitchen.
