My previous review of this restaurant gave it one star. I’m thrilled that the Lincoln Manor, closed for three years, is back under new owners! They are still ironing out some minor issues (staff is hard to find), but you should call for a reservation and check them out!
You can’t go wrong with the appetizer choices: pepper jack cubes got devoured in minutes by our table; the falafel is crunchy and fluffy inside; the bruschetta is excellent: crunchy and fresh; and the portabella strips are a win for anyone who likes mushrooms.
The BLT is crispy and salty and delicious, especially with the excellent battered french fries. The chicken-fried chicken is well-cooked and flavorful; the brown gravy is packed with tasty seasoning. The shrimp scampi could have been drained a little better, but the pasta was nicely done and the shrimp were plump and juicy.
If you can’t get a reservation in the dining room, check out the bar! Tanya makes a mean Bloody Mary and is working on some signature drinks. Appetizers are always available in the bar, and (depending on how busy the kitchen is) you can often get burgers in the bar as well — sometimes even the full menu!
I hope the new owners are able to find enough staff to support how popular their restaurant is bound to be!

We came here based on recommendation from the hotel we were staying at. We could not have been more pleased. We ordered ribeye and filet steak. Both were cooked perfectly. The steak had wonderful flavor. The vegetable was fresh mixed carrots cauliflower and brocolli, it was delicious. The staff was attentive yet not hovering. Tablecloths on the tables was a welcoming addition. Finally a wonderful homemade raspberry cheesecake. The cost was extremely reasonable. Definitely a place to have dinner.

Went on Thursday for Indian and it was good. Took enough home for a second meal.

When we arrived it took 15 minutes when I finally had to go to the bar and ask for some drinks. When the rest of our group got there it took another 10 minutes for them to get theirs. It wasn’t busy, and yet it took forever. The prime rib was way too salty and my sirloin tasted like it was on the verge of going bad. I only took a few bites and couldn’t eat the rest of it. The plate was warm and the food was cold, except for the potatoes. Also, for the price they charge one would think you would get a side salad with your meal. Nope, they are sure to offer you the salad bar for $5.99 though. It is very clean and that’s about the only good I could find.

We had a great meal at Lincoln Manor. The food is reasonably priced and portions are spot on. The sirloin is really nice. The chicken fried chicken stole the show. It might be the best around. Service was perfect. The decor is a little odd but it’s extremely clean and quiet in the dining room despite the sports bar being adjacent. I recommend everyone give this place a try.

We had gone earlier on to this restaurant and while the food was good, we could tell there were some kinks to be worked out like any new business. We went a couple weeks ago with several of us and were so excited. Each steak was done to perfection — The appetizer was excellent. The salad was so crisp & , fresh and beautifully presented & the dressings tasted homemade ( although I did not ask them if that was the case ). Our server was friendly & attentive. The couple people that got food other than steaks were also very pleased with their meals. The atmosphere is very pleasant and quiet and enjoyable. I’d say best steak in area including GI. — was so pleased !

On certain days of the week, you can order off the Indian menu, with a selection of curry, chicken tikka, and paneer, which are excellent, and served with rice and freshly baked naan. A hidden gem in Central City.

Dinner on a Wednesday night and it was their first Pasta Night. No regular menu, but the pasta was delicious. There were 6 of us and everyone enjoyed their food. Be prepared for quite a wait however. Once you order, it takes a very long time for your food to arrive. Not sure if they’re just disorganized because they’re fairly new and maybe because it was a special menu, but seriously, we waited at least 25 minutes for a salad (a la carte) and at least another 20 after that for entrees. Soft drinks came out quickly. Had to remind them about wine after 25 minutes or so. Nice waitress, but she just wasn’t around much. Their dining room was closed and diners were all seated in the bar area. I would try this again, as it has real possibilities, and the food was good. Just don’t go if you’re in a hurry at all.

Inside looks amazing, Tanya and the bar staff were excellent! Waiters as well! Appetizers were fast! Food was a little slow for the amount of people dining in, however it was undoubtedly worth the wait. Food was excellent, great presentation, the ribeye steak was an excellent top shelf cut of beef cooked perfectly! Can’t wait to try the prime rib! So glad we have this gem of a steakhouse in out town!
