Absolutely delicious fried green chile strips. The chicken fried steak with cheese and green chile gravy is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and personable

It’s a medium size restaurant packed with seats. They also have outside tables, but they are not properly protected from the rain, so when the rain started everyone had to go inside. But inside there’s no room for any maneuver. You enter and stand for long in the line to make an order in a narrow hallway and on the way of people getting cutlery, sauces and drinks refills. Then you order at the register. Prices are above average for a full restraunt, but this is more a canteen styled place. Then you sit on a table with short seats. Then you wait for long. Then you hear you name and you head to the register to get your food. And all this in a poorly conditioned space. Then you eat your fried New Mexico green chilies, and they taste not like New Mexico green chilies at all, but rather Poblano peppers, and very stringy. I tried this dish in other restaurants and it was much better. Not to mention that it was almost the only food for vegetarians.

Lincoln County Grill does not disappoint. It isn’t fancy, but it is casual and comfortable. You order at the counter and they call you when it is done, but there is no arguing with the flavor. My husband and I shared the green chile chicken fried steak lunch. It came with pinto beans and rice. All of it was really good. The only downside for me is that they only have Tabasco sauce, and I prefer Cholula. That is not a big enough deal to keep me away, though.
In addition to booths and tables inside, they have two patios, which are perfect when the weather is warm.

My family and I stopped by for lunch this week.
This is a walk up and order at the counter establishment. The restaurant itself is a really cute rustic style eatery. My husband and I ordered the Lincoln County Salad which was really good. My son ordered the BBQ plate which he said was ok. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.

Amazing all around, my partner and I had a wonderful time. The cashier was extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was so good, as peeps from Texas this is a must go to.

Fluffiest pancakes ever!! Crispy exterior made them even more addicting. Food portions made every penny count. Breakfast potatoes alongside the eggs were the perfect couple for an unforgettable breakfast experience. Patio area with beautiful mountain view created a highly recommended go to place for breakfast. Also had French toast but would totally recommend the dreamy pancakes. Best part of waking up is going to Lincoln County Grill for breakfast.
