Fluffiest pancakes ever!! Crispy exterior made them even more addicting. Food portions made every penny count. Breakfast potatoes alongside the eggs were the perfect couple for an unforgettable breakfast experience. Patio area with beautiful mountain view created a highly recommended go to place for breakfast. Also had French toast but would totally recommend the dreamy pancakes. Best part of waking up is going to Lincoln County Grill for breakfast.

Cute little restaurant my best friend showed me while I was visiting her for a week. Decided to order the New Mexico BLT. The bacon was a little overdone but otherwise pretty tasty. I really liked their fries! A bit concerned that the employees were not practicing good mask wearing though.

This place is Country style cooking at its finest. This small town diner serves a collection of American style foods that will wet the pallet and fill the stomach. Plus, the small restaurant atmosphere is something that has its own level of charm.However, I would say that at some points its a little too small. Having moments where I was almost tripping over fellow customers to get a cup of coffee. Second, the serving size seems a little small for a restaurant like this. Not to dilute the wonderful flavors of the food in any way, I found myself wanting to stop by Starbucks for a quick pastry just to fill me up.This place, even with its flaws, has some amazing food and a warm atmosphere and is worth a visit.

My first visit here was a good one. You should know that there is no table service. Just figure out what you want and tell the cashier. They will call your name when your food is ready. Everything looked great as I saw other orders go out. I had the skillet breakfast with sausage. The potatoes had green chili and onions in it. Two eggs of your choice were laid on top. It was delicious. Had a biskit with It.Nice place with old time charm
