My wife is from New York and I’m from Boston. This is mediocre at best pizza. The crust is so hard it cuts the roof of mouth. From the pictures you can clearly see how over done (burnt) the crust is. The quality of ingredients is good, they had good flavor. However when you order fresh mozzarella cheese and you are replacing shredded cheese it should cover the majority of the pizza. Fresh Mozzarella is white and even coming out of the oven it’s still white. Not really sure how they can claim fresh Mozzarella. Presentation is awful. There’s no care to what it looks like and they just threw the Basil on. For 25.00 for a large I expect more. Even Domino’s loads up cheese more than this and it’s not even close on price. $1.00 for a tiny cup of ranch is a money grab, it should be included and they have a tip jar to boot.
They should get a pizza from Elevation Pizza in Fraser to see and taste how it should be done.

I was so surprised by the quality of the pizza we received at Linas. We saw the small restaurant on the side of the road on our way out to Grand Lake and had to try it out. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Light and crispy crust, with great tasting ingredients. I wish I could go back sooner.

Hardworking local family who have some of my favorite dishes in town. The meatball sub is incredible, I prefer mine extra cheesy, the cheesesteaks are exceptionally good, the Chipotle is my top choice, and their bread is amazing.
I’ll always prefer local to chain, but Lina’s is one of my favorite restaurants, ever.

We just ate at Lina’s and I am writing this review on the drive home because it is THAT GOOD. The pizza is fantastic – coming from someone who lived in Manhattan for years and ate pizza multiple times a week. The service is great and very friendly – thank you Cassie!!! Lina’s exceeded expectations.
Set yourself up for success and call 60-90 min before you want your pizza. They are busy for a reason! We will certainly be back.

Great pizza in Granby! We ordered for takeout on a Friday night. It was about a 2hr gap between when we ordered and when we picked up, which we didn’t mind- but know to call early! The upcharge for vegan cheese was only a couple dollars and melted well, which is sometimes hard to find. I appreciated it as an option and would happily order from Lina’s again.

Great pizza and salad, fresh ingredients and everything is made in house. We got a mushroom pizza which had the best crispy thin crust we’ve had in a while, and we eat a lot of pizza! The salad was fresh and the house made dressing was excellent … highly recommend this family owned local business.

This time I had the buffalo wings on Wednesday night wing night. $9 for six wings and they were superb! The pizza is very good for Colorado. Considering how it is very difficult to make a good crust I would consider this place some of the best in all of the state.

Some of the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had! The cheesy breadsticks were amazing, and the chef/s even used a combination of vegan mozzarella and cheddar. Amazing customer service as well. The picture shows what we took home since we ate in the restaurant. Will come again when we visit Granby next!!
