We fundamentally believe that wholesomeness and deliciousness don’t have to be mutually exclusive concepts in Asian Cuisine. Only booths by the buffet. The additional room has tables. The restroom is large and will fit a wheelchair. ♿️
Did a pickup order on call and wasn’t asked for my name or anything to reference the order i made when i called in to place it. my boyfriend went into the restaurant. he proceeded to say he had a pickup order that was called in, and asked her if she got the number/name for it. she said “i don’t know” (i called in 10 mins prior to him getting the food and mind you, he was the only one in the restaurant at the time, so i’d completly understand if it was busy, but this was 9 at night) she made him call me off his phone and she wanted me to repeat the order, and so i did. thinking maybe she didn’t place the order in and forgot about it. he got the food and as i was about to eat it i get a phone call and it’s the same lady stating my order is ready, i explained that i already have the food with me and payed $21 for it. i was pretty confused, and then she states that i need to come back and pay for half the order of something that i already have. their first mistake is not getting a name and/or phone number of each order to determine an order. so basically she made 2 orders of my food. i was not going to come back to pay for half an order that was clearly a mistake on her end. i can understand people make mistakes but some accountability would of been nice instead of giving me hostility trying to get me to come back and pay for half of an order that would of gone to waste anyways.
edit to her response: how utterly immature to try and for one lie, and two say i have the wrong restaurant haha. what i said is exactly what happened, don’t try and gaslight me cause you got the wrong one. again, do better if you want your business to succeed. the foods ass and so is her attitude, and don’t get me started on not owning up to their mistakes. i’ll happily never be dining here again 🙂
I believe it is only run by a small family and I will return when in the area for lunch.
