I’ve gone to quite a few few Taquerias in this area and it was something special about this place. A Godly spiritual atmosphere, Service was great food was amazing and authentic. Christian Music was playing and a preacher served me we shared blessings and conversation. Will tell all my friends and colleagues about this place and definitely will return

Limon’s Restaurant is a delightful Mexican eatery that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the service is efficient, ensuring you have a pleasant dining experience. The menu boasts a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, each bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed their tacos and enchiladas, which were perfectly seasoned and served fresh. The prices are reasonable, with most dishes falling in the $10–$20 range, making it a great choice for a casual yet satisfying meal.

Tastes Like Home – A Must-Visit! ️❤️
I’m from Toronto and visited this restaurant for the first time — and I’m so glad I did! The food tastes like it was cooked by mom ‍ — full of love, flavor, and comfort. The owner is such a kind and helpful person , and the customer service is top-notch .
We’ll be coming back to this place every single time we’re in town ✨

Despite the initial skepticism due to the prices on the menu, my daughter’s desire to try the food prompted us to order #25 Antojitos, #14 Platillo de picaditas, and #2 tostadas, along with chips and salsa. The authentic Veracruz cuisine was truly delightful, with the rice, beans, picadas, tostadas, chips, and salsa being some of the best I’ve ever had. However, the meat in #14 was not as impressive.

While the food was excellent, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The portions were quite small, especially considering that the chips and salsa are purchased separately. It would be more appropriate for the restaurant to provide a more generous serving of salsa, given that it is an accompaniment to the chips.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was satisfactory, although I personally found the loud Christian music playing on the television to be somewhat disruptive. It is important to remember that not everyone shares the same religious beliefs, and it may be more considerate to provide a more neutral environment for all customers.

Overall, the food at this restaurant is highly recommended, but there is room for improvement in terms of portion sizes and the choice of background music.

(Oct 2023) finally made it back, been wanting to come back, and was as good as I remembered. Tried the Tamales Veracruz style with pork. Pork had really nice flavor, masa of the tamale was a lot lighter/fluffier than others I’ve had. Salsa was good as very spicy lol the cochinita pibil tacos are hands down my favorite here but really enjoyed the other things we got – mixed plate of picaditas (the red salsa one is really good, also includes mole, a verde salsa, beans and cochinita on the others). Also got the barbacoa de borrego tacos (only on weekends) – excellent. They take card but give a 5% discount for cash. Excellent spot

(Dec 2022) Loved it here! 4 options for tacos, we tried al pastor, cochinita pibil and carne asada (they also have tripe). Really enjoyed all the tacos and would get them again but the cochinita was my favorite, great flavor and juicy, tender meat. Also got an order of the picaditas (5 for $15), each came with a different topping, the rojo salsa was the favorite followed by the mole sauce and cochinita, then the black been/queso and then the verde salsa. But you can’t order just one picadita, you can only get the variety platter but I enjoyed the different flavors. I very much enjoy ordering picaditas on the beach in Mexico topped with black beans and queso, it’s my favorite snack and you can get like 3 or 4 of them for like 30 pesos (aka $1.50), but for not being in Mexico, I enjoyed the ones here.
Was able to easily get a space out front on a Sunday, but backing up can be tricky cause it’s a semi busy street. There’s a few booths where you can order to eat there or you can get take out, I saw some of both. They’ve got sodas and water available but no Agua frescas.

This place is a small hole in the wall. The food was excellent, and the side salsa… Be careful because they’ll burn you. Not in a bad way, but heat wise hotter than mild but not “spicy hot” where you’ll be reaching for a glass of milk. I’m now tempted to go for breakfast this weekend.

After getting our car repaired, we were hungry for some authentic Mexican food, so we went on Google, this place popped up, so we went
It’s a small establishment, but the service is good and the food even better
I had never had “refried” black beans before and I swear they were amazing
All the food we had was fantastic and drinking it down with some Mexican Coke was the cherry on top
Parking can be a little iffy, but manageable.
Will definitely be back
