Food was ok but not great. Good option if you’re in a hurry but the flavors were just ok, nothing spectacular. The plaza is nice and quite and you can also work in there.

I had the chicken plate with a strawberry tea, the tea was really good and fresh.

Small portions

Large portion Mediterranean food at the Enclave in Torrance. Seating is determined by availability as it’s part of a shared food court style eatery.

The portions, as mentioned, are very large and filling. There is a decent wait time on the food, which I guess is nice since it’s prepared fresh when you order.

Overall, if you’re in the Enclave and craving Mediterranean food, this place will offer a good fix.

Another hidden spot and the food was very good. I told the guy I wanted something simple and quick and he recommended the chicken plate with salad and hummus. And on the side I order the street corn. Which by the was the bomb! I will definitely return another time and order something different.

The Enclave is a nice atmosphere. And this spot is definitely a find. I was staying at a hotel in the Torrance area. And looked up places to eat and found here. There are other restaurants in the location, but I’m so glad I chose this one. Food is excellent, their selection of homemade lemonade and tea’s are the bomb. Definitely a must try if you are in the area.

Food was decent. No garlic sauce though. Fine. Service was absolute garbage. Dude with slick back dark hair beneath his ears. Young guy. Extremely disrespectful with my wife and her coworker. They had simple questions but we’re dismissed and ignored every time. To the point of being loud with the ladies. I almost stepped in. Then the food came out incorrect after all of that. Shoved toward her. I will be back to speak face to face with all involved. Disrespectful for a 20 dollar wrap on a lunch break. If you dont want to be in food service, that person shouldn’t be up front. Let them wash dishes. Lot of nerve to give attitude to two ladies from honda HQ executives suite because they asked about the salmon vs chicken vs steak. Do better. Please. Highly disappointed and disrespected.

Disappointing Food & Service – I had a very frustrating experience at this Mediterranean restaurant. I had actually viewed all the food options in the hall before choosing this place. Unfortunately, both the food and the customer service were severely lacking.

The most significant issue was with my order. I opted to dine in and received a buzzer but it never beeped and/or vibrated. My food ended up sitting at the counter for a good 10 minutes while I waited in the seating area, completely unaware. I only realized something was wrong when I went to check on it myself. I was just a couple of feet away from the cashier, but he didn’t bother to notify me or bring it to me.

When I brought this to the cashier’s attention, he basically brushed it off. The dismissive attitude just added to the frustration.

As for the food itself, once I finally got to eat it, it was disappointing. There was one spice that completely overpowered the entire plate—it was all I could taste. The fries tasted like they were frozen, and I couldn’t taste any dressing on the salad at all, making it very bland. The only saving grace of this entire visit was that the portion sizes were generous.

Overall, the combination of poor service and the resulting lackluster food quality makes it impossible to recommend this establishment. I won’t be returning.

Located at the Nook. Plenty of free self parking. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I love this hidden gem.

Ani, the owner is very welcoming and friendly.

The food was amazing.
Very generous portions.
Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap which came with zaatar fries. OMG! So yummy and full of flavor. The fries are so fresh and crispy and very well seasoned. Although, next time I’ll ask for less salt (just my preference).
Also ordered the tuna plate. Came with avocado salad, rice, bread, and sauce.
There was also a very spicy yummy sauce that came with the meal.

Will be returning to try other items on their menu.

Review: A Message for the Owner (Not Bad, Not Great, But Fixable)

Reminder that small details can make a big difference, especially when it comes to Mediterranean food.

As a Mediterranean restaurant, one of your most important dishes is the shawarma. And when you serve shawarma, it must come with Toum (garlic sauce), just like fries come with ketchup. They go together, always. Every shawarma lover knows that Toum is not optional, it’s essential!.

Charging extra for toum feels cheap, and it makes the experience feel incomplete. If you need to cover costs, just include it in the shawarma price ,but don’t make it a separate item. Shawarma without Toum is just chicken and veggies, it’s missing its soul.

And especially if you’re serving a Middle Eastern community, whether the owner or the customers ,we are not cheap people. Give the customer what they want, and they’ll give you what you want.

You have good food, no doubt. Don’t let small details like this bring it down. A small fix can make a big difference in how customers feel about your place.
Thank you

The cashier was incredibly kind. I mentioned that I have braces with tuborbreaks, making my teeth sensitive, and he offered excellent suggestions as I am curious about trying Mediterranean food. The food was fulfilling and the side green sauce is flavorful and spicy.

The food is absolutely incredible. The bread is nice and dipping it in the hummus—absolutely incredible. I also would suggest purchasing the strawberry basil lemonade, which isn’t too sweet. The garlic sauce was also very good. I would highly recommend you come here!
