Basic trattoria serving up handmade pastas & other classic Italian entrees, along with limoncello.

We love Lemoncello and come here several times each month. The experience starts with Alan, the valet, who parks the car. We sit at the bar and the staff (Devon, Lexie, Bernadette & Diego) are friendly and welcoming. The bar is about 20 seats and we can usually get seats but it is more challenging on the weekends and during the season.
Their bread service is amazing – warm crusty bread that is soft inside with EVOO, salt and pepper. They have nightly specials and we ordered the veal to be shared and have to admit it’s one of the few things we wouldn’t order again. The serving was small (that’s normal for veal) and Elizabeth doesn’t care for olives but Ernie said the olives made the dish. Go figure!
Their pastas are amazing – especially the special each night that’s tossed in a cheese bowl. Their fish dishes, chicken and salads are all good.
Next time we will do the pasta in the cheese wheel but will need some lactaid!

I am so very disappointed with our experience at the restaurant tonight. We ordered the snapper and instead of the potatoes with green beans, we wanted 2 vegetables…green beans and spinach. I was told I could not get that but I could get pasta instead of potatoes. I said my husband would have that and I would have green beans. The waiter indicated it would be an additional side dish of pasta. I agreed. We waited for the meal. when our caesar salad arrived we were not offered pepper, cheese etc and no one came to the table until our entree arrived. The snapper came with a side of bland pasta and no vegetables. I asked for the vegetable and was told none was coming. Rather annoyed I went to another waiter and asked for a manager. 20 minutes later I asked someone else for a manager. After a third attempt (and more than 50 minutes of waiting)a woman finally came and was very arrogant, acted like I did something that bothered her and told me she was the only manager on duty, very busy and then offered me the green beans well after I had consumed my meal. Her “poor me” attitude talking about how hard she was working and how busy she was is not quite what a customer wants. Thank God the Napoleon dessert arrived shortly after she left the table It was the hit of the night! Yet, I was not offered coffee until time for the check. I had intended to bring another couple next week and I think Cafe Chardonney will be far more accommodating and give a more elegant, kinder, more accommodating experience . I am just so very very disappointed and have been to the restaurant many times. After completing dinner and paying the check I went to the manager and expressed that I did not think she handled the situation well and then she was very very very rude and told me she was the owner. Good grief! It was a special event night and I am sorry it ended like this as it had been one of my favorite places in Palm Beach Gardens.

We finally dined at Limoncello, thanks to our next-door neighbors, who thought it would be the perfect place to celebrate my birthday together. Even on a mid-week night, the restaurant was bustling, so reservations are highly recommended.
Upon arrival, we were promptly seated at our outdoor table. The fresh bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and drinks was a delightful start as we browse the great variety of entrees (regular menu and specials). We opted to share the Polpette (meat balls) and Insalata Di Bietola (Beet Salad) as appetizers, which turned out to be a great decision since the entree portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our entrees: Fettuccine with Mushroom and Shrimp, Gamberi Fra Diavolo, Linguine Vongole and Dover Sole. Despite the busy evening, our meals arrived hot and well prepared. We squeezed out some space to order desserts and I appreciate the complimentary birthday tiramisu!
While we had a wonderful dining experience, I couldn’t give Limoncello five stars due to our table placement. Despite a pre booked reservation, we were seated right outside a doorway next to a stairway. Table placement was awkward in such a high traffic spot and distracting with guests and servers frequently passing through. It was not the ambiance we expected to complete the great experience of food and service.
Valet parking was hectic so we chose to park in the back which was in fact closer to the outdoor dining area.

The food, the inside ambience, the attention to detail to the service was above par. Our waiter was very attentive and took care of our dining experience.
I will say however that the front of the restaurant (outside) needs more attention. The bushes are dying, the front sidewalk is dirty and riddled with old chewing gum, yard debris and other assorted trash.
We will be back for their exquisite menu and the “cheese bowl” experience, but please take some time to clean up the entrance.
If the outside was an impeccable as the inside this place would be remarkable. Attention to detail with the little things goes a long way.
This is a true family restaurant with a delicious bolognese recipe from Bologna in Italy and this makes it worthy of a repeat visit.

Read the other 1⭐️ reviews! If you like to get so drunk you don’t care what comes out of the kitchen, this place is for you. We used to come every year when I’d visit family. This is the last time. I ordered the pasta of the day. THE Daily Special. The noodles were stuck together, dry, and flavorless. What made it worse, they gave me the traditional pasta dish. when I was expecting the hot melty cheese wheel masterpiece. When I brought it to the attention of our server, he gaslit me into thinking it had been cheesed, until I lifted up my plate to show him the bright red sauce. He brought me grated Parmesan. I’m pregnant , and just so let down. My mom’s clams had shards of shell on them, she almost chipped a tooth, my dad’s chicken parm was dry and hard. The best thing was the water and staff who helped keep the glasses full. Used to be good, now, I wish we went to Carrabas.

We visited this establishment on 1/7/25. The server were we assigned was so sweet and paid particular attention to our requests. We were very impressed.
Venue is beautiful.
Food was good, but we were expecting it to be the best Italian we ever had and were just satisfied…not raving about it. We had the lasagna bolognese, tagliatelle Bolognese and gluten free pasta bowl with chicken.
We would go again, but try different food options.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Limoncello in Palm Beach Gardens. The waiter seemed uninterested from the start, and the olive oil served at the table tasted as though it had been cut with inferior oils. When I asked to see the olive oil bottle (for it’s provenance), the waiter returned and said the manager’s response was, “No, we cannot show patrons the bottle.” That refusal was shocking and only reinforced my suspicion about the olive oil’s quality.
My snapper arrived overcooked and lukewarm, and despite clearly requesting a double order of broccoli instead of potatoes, the dish was served incorrectly. When I pointed this out, the waiter challenged me, insisting I had never made that request. My husband’s sole was equally subpar.
The atmosphere was cold and austere, lacking warmth. Even without alcohol (Dry January!), the bill came to $250. We will not return. For a genuinely warm, family-owned, authentic Italian experience, Buonasera in Jupiter is exceptional.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Last night’s meal was a big disappointment. The service was spot on. We sat at the bar. We started with the rollatini app. It was dry with very little sauce. I don’t be happy to come in and show them how it’s done. My girl ordered the veal lemonceillo. Thee small pieces that were so thin it was a joke. 62.00. complete rip off. I had the chicken Mel. The salad had maybe 6 tomatoes on it and no olive oil. It was dry. That’s my go to dish at this place and it is always great. Avg at best. My last going to this local over priced place. Again the service at the bar was on point. They got to big and forgot how that place was built.

Can’t believe this restaurants been around for so long and we’ve never been. The food and service was 10/10. Our server was very knowledgeable and Tyler the manager made some great recommendations on the menu. I love that they offer half portions of the pastas so you’re able to try multiple dishes.
