This place is a special Gem I wish I knew about sooner!! From the beautiful decor, to the amazing staff (Garrett our waiter) to the Delicious food and Unbelievable cocktails!!! Everything was top notch and I will absolutely be returning to become a regular customer at this restaurant! There is indoor seating with a view or outdoor seating surrounded by the lake also!!

Great overall experience. First off, service was fantastic. We went for dinner on a Sunday and sat outside; great view and not too busy. The server was prompt, super friendly, and super helpful.
Food was great. Dinner was delicious — we were craving seafood, so we started with the clams & oysters in a white wine sauce (server recommended extra pita to dip in the remaining sauce… great call). Main course was Greek Shrimp (fresh, vibrant, filling yet light) and the Lobster pasta (rich, buttery, ample lobster). Both dishes were lovely.
We probably could have skipped dessert. We got the cheesecake and the chocolate lava cake, and both were fine… but just fine. Would have felt better off lingering on the main course and opting for a classic ice cream elsewhere if we were truly craving a summertime dessert. Both dishes were heavy (which, of course they are) and the chocolate sauce was so incredibly sweet (almost like Hershey’s syrup) that took away from the richness of the lava cake. We ate most of it but couldn’t finish the last few bites.
In hindsight, we would have passed on dessert and gone for more starters or sides at the start of the meal — perhaps their dips or a sampling instead. Main dishes were well worth it. Definitely worth a trip for a nice night out.

Second visit here and they were very accommodating with my 5 yr olds food allergies (eggs and peanuts). We were able to give food off of our kebab platter and the pasta w/ Parmesan for kids was a nice choice with grilled veggies.
My first visit was in the summer and both food and views were great. Definitely recommend.
My only slight complaint is that our platter of food took longer than the other dishes to come out and was not cooked as we had asked, but in all fairness, we were more concerned with food for my kid with allergies and they served us well! Will return 🙂

Heavenly delicious! Everything I tasted was memorable. I stayed on the safe v-lane with hummus, dolmas and salad. Both hummus dishes I ordered (pistachio and infused w/avocado & jalapeños) were outstanding. The presentation was carefully crafted as well as the pita bread covered to keep it warm. Luv the accompaniment with carrots (white, purple and white) on some of the dishes and other ornaments, the contrast of flavors makes me want to keep exploring.
The decor, the vibe and the view of the lake (Carmel) are the perfect compliment soothing your mood embracing the moment with friends and family.
Everyone was very attentive and diligent, also accommodating in offering options I could enjoy.
(The non-vegan view) judging by how the family enjoy all their dishes and desserts and how delighted they were with everything, I’d say they loved it as well.
(My opinion and feedback)
There are a few knobs that could use some adjustment. At times seems very busy and could use extra hands, everyone is very diligent but a few things are forgotten and the wait may make some customers impatient. Ah! That 20% by default on parties of 5 has to be reconsidered, specially for families where there are two adults and the rest children. Also as a good New Yorker the tip is my voice, by charging it by default you both assume all went well and you disarm me. Again, this is just my feedback, respectfully.

From our waiter to the food to the manager and the view.. everything was excellent. My fiance is an amazing cook from Israel and specializes in Mediterranean cooking. His response to our meal was we will definitely be back they know what they are doing. That says it all.

Limni Mediterranean Kitchen, Carmel N.Y. if your ever in Carmel and your palette craving Mediterranean cuisine try the kebabs platter for $60 this is a shared meal for two with grilled shrimp, grilled chicken,grilled lamb kufta,grilled beef and vegetables medley of onions,eggplant, squash the meat had nice flavor a little too salty and I had to send back since it was under cooked and cold,make sure you ask for pita and tzatziki sauce,this also comes with cilantro rice and horitiki salad. The mango feta avacado salad was superb with citrus vinaigrette and the bacon creme sauce with steamed tender mussels was wonderful and flavourful. Make sure you make reservations and bring your appetite. $$$$

Brought my mother here for her birthday last Saturday, Making reservations was effortless, the manager was super helpful and flexible with my needs. I live in NYC, but the drive up is pleasant and just an hour. (driving to most places in NYC can take that long anyway depending on how heavy traffic is). My moms immediate reaction was awe of the view and how beautiful the place was. The service was amazing, we never had to look for a waiter, they were constantly making sure we were being attended too. My mother is incredibly picky when it comes to food, and she absolutely loved everything we ordered. i highly recommend this place, it was a treat for all those I invited to celebrate my mom’s bday.

My wife and I have been here three times and we love it. We’ve had lunch and brunch options, both menus were great. The kebab platter is a must have dish! The spinach artichoke dip, hummus spreads are great appetizers.

It was ok. The waiter Garret was amazing and nice. He was waiting on like 30 people at once and we were very impressed. My husband loved his dish. He said the risotto cake was a little crunchy but complimented the cod fish very well. He said it was amazing. The appetizer was great. I loved the spinach and artichoke dip. However my lemon chicken kebab was lacking in flavor, seriously chewy and bits and pieces were under cooked . I didn’t really want to eat it. For what I paid I expected a little better. The dessert was very good. The view is amazing. The drinks were very good but if you let them sit for too long they get a little watered down.
I tried to give this place another shot but sadly the one thing I wanted on the menu wasn’t available. I was accommodated on something else on the menu but it wasn’t quite the same. Also be warned that if you ask them to make something off the menu they will immediately refuse. I don’t think we will be returning sadly. Garret was still an amazing waiter and tried his best. He’s too good for this restaurant.
