I love Limestone. However, this time, it wasn’t as good. My refried beans were cold. Oddly, the cheese was melted on top but cold.

We have lived in Spring Branch less than a year. We love this place! Tonight was take out food, and the taco salad (chicken) was a little liquidy – maybe the meat was steaming hot and humidity formed, or the beans were too juicy. The flavor was great, the lettuce was fresh, the shell was crispy around the top portion. Just a fluke, I’m sure!

I’m sorry, Limestone, but you need ALOT of work to be done in this place. This restaurant needs a MAJOR renovation. I think the fabric on the booth is from the 70s. Tape on seats, walls scuffed and damaged. Even the window glass is dirty and scuffed. The restrooms were unacceptable, to say the least. Sorry, but it was a dump considering the location. Lots of potential based on location alone. New recipes needed for your menu items. Again, I’m sorry but very bland tasting. On the plus side staff was polite. Savanah provided great customer service. Thank you Savanah! Good luck Limestone.

I have a Mexican friend that raves about this place. It’s bigger inside than it looks like from the slightly hidden exterior with bar (full) seating and a couple of TVs. Chips were tasty and. Tipsy and salsa was fresh and flavorful with a nice, slow burn. It’s thinner than most salsas so I kept scooping deeper to try and get as much as possible per bite.
I har a cheese enchilada and beef taco plate that was some of the best I’ve had. Served hot and fresh.

This place used to be the best! We would eat here 3-4 times a week! They changed everything, the rice is now yellow with carrots, peas, and corn in it. The fajitas had this nasty orange sauce all over it and the beans were water! When I asked the waitress if there was a new cook or they changed everything she responded nope, the orange sauce makes the fajitas sizzle…… , while I was explaining to her the food has most definitely changed and was not good she just walked away from the table,she was super rude. I will not be back I understand that sometimes there is an “off” day but there’s no way I will be back. So

From beginning to end our waitress got everything, not just wrong.. She
didn’t care one way or another. The food was flavorless and cold after they got the first order completely wrong. Sadly, they weren’t even busy. They lost any potential customers in us with a whopping zero.
