My boyfriend recently moved to Columbia and we’ve been exploring different restaurants in the area. We haven’t seen many Mexican food spots nearby, so this place felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant is beautiful inside, the service was great, and the food was amazing. We actually just came back from Mexico and tried several restaurants there, but honestly the food here was even better Everything was delicious and full of flavor. I had enamorada margarita which I highly recommend. I usually never order quesadilla but the steak one was really tasty. The We will definitely be coming back and bringing our families!

STAMP!! Their Enamorada Mocktail ($7 with lime, agave, coconut, & mango juice). Tropical, fruity, & healthy sweet!!
STAMP!! Their Chips & Crab Guac ($18 with freshly made house chips, guac, & crab meat with Old Bay on top). Worth the trip!! Super fresh, & tasty EVERYTHING!!
STAMP!! Their Birria Tacos ($16 with beef Birria, cheese, cilantro, onions, & consummé). Meaty, cheesy, with a nice warm flavorful beef broth!!
LIKE THAT! Their Cantina Nachos ($12 with refried beans, melted queso, pico de gallo, sour cream, jalapeno, & pulled pork). Plentiful, savory, & tasty!!
LIKE THAT! Their Blackened Salmon Taco Del Mar ($6 blackened salmon with pico de gallo, & Old Bay remoulade). Thick, well seasoned salmon with a finger licking remoulade!
DELICIOUS. Their Chicken TINGA Taco De La Calle ($6 with shredded chicken, chipotle tomato sauce, onion, & cilantro). Plentiful, I just needed the chicken to have a tad bit more flavor.

Location through me off, I assumed it was by the mall. But nonetheless I’ve enjoyed this hidden gem . The place was small but not cramped . The service was good and well priced . The nachos were definitely full filling (recommend adding chicken …yum) and enough for 2 people . The honey old bay wings were perfectly cooked but was more honey than old bay ( still didn’t disappoint ) and the chicken and shrimp quesadillas was perfectly made. Definitely would recommend coming by for lunch or a quick dinner (or for takeout) if in the area .

The food here is good and enjoyed their mango habanero margarita as well. A great place to get tacos in the Columbia area without going south or near Gaithersburg. Love their chicharron tacos. The restaurant isn’t very big so try not to visit during prime lunch or dinner time.

We came during off peak hours so service was a bit slow as it seemed that there was one person who was the host, bartender and waiter. He was super nice tho.
Food was AMAZING. Season and cooked well. The quesadilla was absolutely stuffed and the fajitas were yummy. The handmade tortillas definitely put them over the top.
Lastly- my partner got the Cadillac margarita and said it was really good!
Atmosphere is casual but cute. Colorful walls and some murals. A little small so would have to come back during traditional meal hours to see how packed they get. But – We’re definitely coming back.

It was my first time at Lime & Salt and it did not disappoint. The food was good, the service was great, the place is clean and colorful the bathroom was also very clean. I had a steak quesadilla and I had the traditional margarita and a sangarita (which was my fave). Also ordered the wings which were a good size and very tasty. We had the buffalo and honey old bay (wet) which was good, buffalo wings pretty spicy. Our server Vale was great and the manager Ale was also great and super friendly. Looking for a happy hour or a place to hang and catch up this is a great spot!

What a delight to find a friendly and welcoming Mexican restaurant near by. The indoor layout is narrow but the seating was well arranged so you did not feel cramped.
The food was delicious. We were there on a Tuesday so they had a discount on their tacos. Usually $5/each but today’s tacos they offered a dollar off.
Ingredients were fresh, portions were good, sauces complimented each individual dish. Meats were tender and the shrimp that came with my enchiladas was perfectly done.
Our server was very polite and patiently answered many questions. They do offer a catering service too.
No doubt I will be returning to try other things from their menu. It looked family friendly and a nice venue for
local residents.

Ale, the manger was amazing. She recommended all the best tacos. She also so welcoming and informative. Seems like a very joyful and pleasant lady. I would come back just because of her accommodating and welcoming attitude. She walked around making sure everyone was enjoying their food. The shrimp & Chorize was amazing.
