I previously left a review about kettle cooked jalapeño chips being placed inside the burger instead of the usual fried jalapeño crisps. After it was fixed, I deleted my review because I appreciated the correction. Unfortunately, it’s happening again. Kettle cooked chips do not belong inside burgers, especially without any notice. Please either keep the original ingredients or remove the item if they’re unavailable.

The food at Lime N Dime is genuinely great — which makes this even more frustrating to write.
Their phone service is absolutely terrible. I’ve tried multiple times to call and place pickup orders, especially during Ramadan to break my fast, and they almost never answer. Today I was in the area and decided to stop by, thinking maybe they’ve just been busy before. The restaurant was empty. Employees were sitting on their phones watching soccer, and while I was inside, the phone rang — and no one answered it.
This seems to be a pattern, not a one-time issue. The owner needs to address this before it starts costing the business real customers. The food is too good for the service to be this careless.

Ordered takeout. When I opened the wings I noticed a hair on it. Not just a little bit—it was wrapped around the drumstick. I was shocked. Called the restaurant and the person that picked up did not know what to say, nor was he surprised, it was awkward as I explained what had happened and that it was human hair. He stumbled, said sorry and said next time they will make it good. That’s it.
Was really looking forward to the food from this place. Disappointed and disgusted.

We had the House Loaded Fries, 6pc nuggets and Crispy chicken sandwich and omg – wow! This was the best savory indulgent food we’ve had so far since moving to Plano. Crispy yet juicy chicken, their sauces are so delicious! Be aware the sweet and spicy is really spicy, but everything else is just at the perfect level of spiceness!
Friendly staff, clean restaurant but I’d recommend ordering in advance as they get busy and have a quite small kitchen.
Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been going there for a few years every now and then. However, the quality is going down recently. The burger’s size have significantly decreased and they have a habit of using way too much salt in the foods (especially for the fries). The burger is definitely not worth the price anymore. The food used to be really good.

Very good place for burgers and wings! The spice on the Zinger and Nashville (limited time) was just right and packed good flavor. I didn’t try the wings but they had many flavor options. Seating space is limited but does not feel cramped. Clean layout. Bathroom was spacy and well maintained. The place has good repeat value particularly because they keep switching out new burgers. Owner/staff was very friendly. Hope this place gets popular because the location can make it hard to find. You’d either have to be a resident of that area or someone would have to point you in its direction.

We stopped there in a rush as it was the closest restaurant to the place where we were staying during our trip to Dallas. A friend suggested me that this place serves good burgers so had to try that. We ordered bunch of stuff including loaded fries, Spicy chicken sandwich, double cheeseburgers, cheesy zinger etc. most of the things were fresh and delicious. Spicy chicken sandwich was also spicy, otherwise mostly I don’t find spicy sandwiches spicy. Staff was also very courteous and friendly. The burgers were not loke out of world but they live upto the name so giving them all 5 stars. Overall good experience.

This is officially one of my favorite burger spots in DFW! They have halal bacon and pepperoni which makes for a killer burger creation. I recently went and go the fatty patty and the bacon and beef on the burger was cooked to perfection. I also really enjoyed the gyro fries and the spicy bang bang and Nashville hot chicken! My favorite two items were the fatty patty and the gyro fries! 100% Recommend checking out the spot if you’re in the area and craving a good burger.
