Had our meal delivered! Wow… 20 minutes sooner than expected. Portions sizes were large and filling. Meals were delicious. Perfect for after a long day of driving!

“Bistro” is a wild overstatement.
We stopped in for a quick meal before plans. Experience took more than an hour and a half start to finish, despite not being busy. The food was okay but the whole thing took way too long.
No ambiance really. Bathroom was ice cold, paper towels empty. Hallway to the bathrooms was strewn with a bunch of product boxes. No music, too well lit in most of the dining area. Employee had a toddler age child in a playpen in the main dining room. Crying and screaming occasionally to go with the telephone noise. (It’s great you do take away, but the phone ringing loudly and constantly in the dining room was super annoying, particularly when no one was answering it due to virtually no staffing. One man, a very young girl and a woman who came out of the kitchen occasionally.) The tables of those who had dined near us were left dirty through our meal.
9.50+ for a glass of house wine?…

Best Chinese-American food in Casper! The General Tso’s Chicken was great and came with white rice. The singapore mei fun was nice and spicy with large shrimp, chicken, and pork. The pork fried rice was in a nice size to go container. The cheese wonton/crab Rangoon was the only thing I won’t order again; too much breading with not enough filling. Very small egg rolls, but they were delicious.

I had the Vermicelli Grill pork , shrimp and eggroll , the sauce dressing is bland. The pickle veggie is fine, the noodles were cold, you’re suppose to warm it up. The grill pork was not hot, it was on the verge of warm and cold. I suggest to try another item on the menu.

We had gotten the walnut chicken and scallion pancake, with pork egg rolls. The walnut chicken had just about 9 slivers of chicken. Had more vegetables than chicken. Scallion pancake was over cooked, and the pork egg roll didn’t have any cabbage seemed more like a spring roll than an egg roll. Flavor is good, but not worth the price.

I tried this place based on the reviews of Yelp and wasn’t disappointed. I know what you’re thinking, Vietnamese in Casper, WY, but it was as good as what I’ve had in major metropolitan areas. In fact, I would put their Crab Cheese Wontons against the best of the best. Nothing is more disappointing than wontons that you can barely taste any crab or any cheese. These ones exploded with yumminess. The Phô was excellent as well.
I did think it was odd that I had to ask for Sriracha sauce and chopsticks and that it wasn’t standard, but maybe Wyoming folk don’t use chopsticks.

They are very knowledgeable about which items are gluten free, which can be switched for gluten free sauses, and which can’t! Supper helpful for those with Celiac disease.
