First time at this restaurant as heard it’s the best around.
On arrival it was obvious the place is popular, it was full and I mean full and very loud.
We were seated straight away on the smallest round table now if you are a regular to any Indian restaurant you’ll now everything comes out on separate plates , with this in mind we had to remove the lamp from the table just to accommodate the poppadoms and sauces.
We felt rushed to order as the waiter kept asking are you ready to order, we ordered a special curry and a sizzler two naan breads and chips!!
Where is all this food going ? Food came out very quickly looked good , the sizzler came out but the waiter put it on a plate, why?
Also put a special naan on top of plain naan which is fine for us but some may not like that.
Waiters were constantly walking past and knocking onto you as the tables are so close together.
Food was very nice no faults there but the restaurant lacks ambience.

Don’t order from here if you want your food delivered within 3 hours of ordering. Ordered at 5:30 (which i would think is early) 7:30 rang the restaurant as food hadn’t come, after putting me on hold for 5 minutes said we are really busy and it will be with me in 15 minutes. Which means they hadn’t done my order.. 30 minutes came and still no food. Well they have lost a valued customer. I get it’s Saturday night but if you are struggling do not offer delivery! Simple.

This is a very strange review but feel like I had to write something as my child was really upset and really scared. My child attends the adjoining self defence school to this restaurant. We left our car heading towards the class to enter the building. We got within 5-6 metres of the building where we saw a man being held back by an older lady. (Approx 6-6;30pm) Not a clue why. The man was foaming at the mouth. As we got closer there were 10-15 people standing outside and the man in question had the lime embroidered clothing on. Like I said not sure what the issue was but very unprofessional and very scary.
This probably wasn’t the worse thing I saw. When I got back to my car (which was parked roughly 5-6 metres from the entrance I saw a rat that was the size of a cat. Horrendous. Would never visit this restaurant ever.
Both experiences were awful and I would advise others to seriously consider visiting this restaurant.

Had a lovely delivery driver today she was polite and handled my food with care even on the icy roads amazing service from that lady. However the food itself was all cold soggy oily looked like it was just thrown into the box with no care. Im hoping this was a one off and others haven’t had the same experience

Ordered a takeaway and the onion bhajis were hard like they’d been cooked and reheated
Also the curry the sauce was hot but the meat was lukewarm was this also already cooked and reheated through ? As the chicken should have been the same temp as the sauce?

Great food and service, you can take your own drinks and purchase from their bar. Been a while since visiting, just had the odd takeaway and forgot to photograph food. But I’m sure we will be dining in again soon. A few more visits so photos added (2023)

We had a fantastic evening at this lovely Indian Restaurant last night.
4 adults, staff were very welcoming, service with a smile and the food was amazing.
The restaurant itself is beautiful inside. The car park is handy.
We all highly recommend here to eat 100%

Had a takeaway from here this evening. Was absolutely freezing cold. Everything, not just one of the items. Delivery driver spent several minutes walking up and down the street, which didn’t help. Last time we order from there. Would be zero stars if I could put that.

Always late, last 3 orders I’ve had to chase, after nearly a 2 hour wait the chips came cold and hard, paid extra for pickles that come free at other takeaways and a third in size!! The owner tried to put it right by delivering in person saying all food is fresh! It isn’t! Too late the damage was done! If I wanted to eat at 8pm I’d order at 7pm not at 5pm!! Blamed uber eats but I’m not buying it, I’ve orders lots of different restaurants through Uber Eats but it’s always Lime I have to ring to chase food. 3rd strike and out for me!!
