Great spot, and the best food we had in Thompson Falls. Very chill place and great vibes, super clean space with tons of tables as well as bar seating. Superb veggie and gluten free options. I definitely recommend the El Scorcho sandwich (pictured). Will have to visit again next time we’re in town!

This is a neat little brewery, it’s has some neat characteristics that make it unique. The bourbon barrel stout was delicious however the regular stout tasted a little watered down and the Ale was pretty tasty. I would recommend this place if you like craft beers.

Limberlost Brewery is officially open! We had such an amazing time at the brewery! We tried the Summer Stout, Hazy IPA, and the Golden Blonde Ale. Our favorite was the Summer Stout and Hazzy IPA. They are working on a juniper seltzer and lime seltzer, I can’t wait wait to try those! If you’re in the area, you definitely need to stop by!

This brewery is an awesome place to hang out with a great diversity of unique beer. I like their spruce seltzer and the red ale (which tastes like a sour)! They are really community focused and the whole place has a great atmosphere and the owner is so nice! They also just started selling Paninis which are delicious and they are trying to source with locally grown ingredients. Will definitely bring all my friends and family here when they come to visit.

First time here, no one helped us. We were left to figure out for ourselves how to order. Our food never came after 45 minutes. Still no interaction with staff. Paid for our beer and left. Never again!

My partner and I stopped by on whim while passing through town and surprised with an outstanding meal! The owner was incredibly nice and friendly, and was, impressively, running the whole place by himself. He took the time to share some cool facts about the area and about his brews. The food was ready quickly and was delicious!!! Definitely one of the best panini’s we’d had in a long time.
Wish we lived less than 7 hours away, otherwise we would definitely be back frequently!

We love stopping by Limberlost when we are in Thompson Falls.
We have never had a bad beer here. Our recent favorite is the imperial white IPA.
The owner/brewer is awesome. He clearly cares about his craft and his community. We always enjoy chatting with him.
The regulars are super welcoming. In the warmer months, there’s a fabulous food truck on Fridays.

Happened upon Limberlost totally by chance. We were staying at Quinn’s Resort fall of ’22 and felt like getting out for a ride. Not sure why we picked Thompson Falls, but glad we did. Stopped by Limberlost to sample a few craft brews and found the owner/head brewer/beer tender at the time to be super friendly and engaging. Also, he’s a huge Steelers fan (here we go, Steelers! 🙂 so that was awesome as well. Had a few good beers and some great conversation about how the things got started and future plans. We’ll definitely stop back again someday to see how things have progressed. Following them on Facebook and it looks like they’re growing and doing some great things to support the community. Wish them all the best.
