BEST Breakfast around!
Stopped here on the way back from Scout camp in Naples and our 16 year old was hungry.
The service was amazing thanks to Jimmy and staff! Jimmy is a personable man and really likes to get to know the customers.
What a refreshing surprise from all the other coffee shops and restaurants that treat you like an anonymous # (or NPC as my son would say), lol!
We all had a hearty, taste brunch. Wish we had stopped here before!!
We will be back!!

Lima Family Diner is a jewel of a diner. They have that amazing home cooked delicious food, incredible wait staff cooks, bus staff. The entire place runs like a well oiled machine. Quick seating, seating, food and delivery. Everything is stellar. The staff is so hard working , friendly, and kind. The breakfasts are phenomenal as well as lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and there is a great selection. It’s great to have a diner that is open for all 3 meals. A diner you can count in at time. Come in and enjoy!

Was looking forward to trying the Diners fish fry. Tonite took a buddy & was really pleased. Upon walking in personally greeted , food was served promptly , fish hung over the plate & both sides were great. Highly recommended ! & Ask them bout their tasty breakfast special with prices that can’t be beat. ☕

I have visited this diner for breakfast and dinner in the past and had a nice meal. We went for lunch this past weekend and had an issue with an allergy. We asked specifically if the soup contained dairy and asked for no cheese on a salad. The waitress was well aware of the need to not have any dairy products in the food. We were brought a chicken Caesar salad that had shredded cheese sprinkled on top. The dish was returned and we waited almost 15 minutes for a new meal. There was no cheese, but it appear to possibly have the same ingredients in the bowl from the previous order and the lettuce had been washed. We ate lunch and hoped this was not the case. The person I was with did have a reaction to dairy and this was the only food we ate out this day. I am concerned that there is not an understanding of allergy contamination. We are typically able to eat out and just avoid dairy products. Luckily this dairy allergy is not extremely severe, but the reaction did ruin the rest of our day.

It’s a good ole fashioned diner and I love that! The food is good, the atmosphere is nostalgic and the service is unapologetically like being at an old friend’s house (in friendly familiarity only … they don’t tell you to go get your own refills). The prices vs. quality/quantity of food are fair. You’ll pay much more at a chain and not leave as satisfied in gut or experience.

This was the most disturbing dining experience I’ve ever had. The cook was screaming at the two waitresses for the duration of our lunch. He was angry about the “mistakes” he insisted they’d made, and proceeded to berate them over and over. Even if they had made mistakes, perhaps it was due to the toxic environment of disrespect they experience at work. My mother and I were sitting at a booth near the pass through window from the kitchen and couldn’t hear each other talk due to the volume of this man’s yelling. I feel bad for these other employees, especially as it became clear that one was his daughter and the other, his wife. If he is like this in public, one can only imagine what he’s like at home. If he’s worried about displeasing customers, perhaps he should start by checking himself. He’s the one who made for a horrible experience, not them.
