I’ve been ordering from Lily’s since the day they opened, literally ! I’ve had my company order Lunches from there for almost a decade. I order from them at least once a month when I could afford it, At sometimes once a week.
Their prices have gone up and their service has gone down, but I’ve never once not Ordered from them. I’ve always tried to support them in every way I can!
Tonight I placed an order for pick up. When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner who has known me for a Long time. I was informed that they forgot to add the price of the french fries on my order.
Mind you when I place my order I asked the person to give me a total of my order multiple times and they did..
My order was off five dollars , Not a big deal. But when I told the owner about this tonight, she informed me that the person that took my order gave me the wrong amount. Telling me that they forgot to add the french fry order on to my charge there was no apology. There’s nothing it was just take my money and go onto the next person.
It’s not about the five dollars
But it’s about how it was portrayed to me like it was nothing and they were just gonna charge me five more dollars on my order

I specifically asked over the phone for my total
And when I get there nonchalantly, tell me oh sorry they didn’t The fries Order

This little gem on business 30 is the best pizza and Italianfood around. I eat their three days a week , Service and food prices are always on check. I love the chicken Rosa and my wife loves the chicken piccata . We love this family owned business and neighbors.

I ordered a personal calzone at 516pm. It was a spinach and cheese calzone. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came about 545- waited till 6- they kept telling me 6 minutes, then 2 minutes, they seemed annoyed at me. I totally get they were busy, i just wish they told me a better timeframe to pick it up. It was my first time. Maybe in the future will try again. I kindly asked for a refund and they did give

I’ve been ordering from Lilly’s for years the last 3 times I ordered they screwed my order up they don’t seem to know the difference between chowder and soup well done chicken wings doesn’t mean fry the meat and bone to a crisp they couldn’t even give me the right sauces for the wings I ordered if I order 12 wings and get 1 sauce how many sauces should I get for 37 wings lilly this place fell off I WON’T BE BACK

Ok so my coworker and I come here for lunch I honestly have to say I love this place. Great customer service like outstanding. And the food is always soooo good I’m from Philly and this is honestly the best food I’ve had in Chester county and not to mention I’m a chef so I’m extremely picky… but I will forever be a customer…. Thanks so much for such a great experience every time they never disappoint.
