Valerie did a fantastic job on our wedding cake. We chose a two tier with different flavors for each. Each cake was delicious and I received many compliments from my guests. But the real awe inspiring was the design. I sent her a picture of what I was looking for and my wedding colors. When I saw my cake I couldn’t stop smiling. She hit it out of the park. We ordered cupcakes from Lily’s Cakes and Bakes for a gender reveal. Valerie was super responsive and communicative. When I sent the online inquiry, she called immediately to walk me through the packages and make sure I understood her offerings. Invoices and pick up instructions were all very timely with clear directions. The cupcakes we got were adorable and delicious. All the guests were very complimentary and wanted to know where we got them because there isn’t a good bakery in Downers Grove! I would definitely order again for a special event.

I ordered dinosaur cookies & cupcakes for my son’s birthday party and received compliments on how delicious the cupcakes were – they were all gone before I could snap a picture! The cookies (came pre wrapped) were also delicious and so adorable! I provided pictures of what I wanted and they turned out beautifully (better than the pictures)! Great quality and delicious! Valerie is wonderful! We and our guests absolutely loved the beautiful woodland forest cake she made for our baby shower. All I did was send over a couple of Pinterest inspiration photos and she made it happen. She was also very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend her if you need a cake for a special occasion.
