Great little hole in the wall diner. This place has great vibes. Great food, friendly service and it has a bowling alley right next to it. I had the chicken fried steak, i must say its one of the best I’ve had
2nd times here cause its a 30 plus minutes drive for me. Will definitely be back.

Was getting my car washed at Lyon’s car wash on a Sunday morning. Popped into an old classic in Santa Clarita, Lily’s Cafe.
You really want to give them 5 stars because the customer service is so good however I have to be completely honest.
They make you feel like you are visiting their home. I was seated right away and they brought me fruit while I was waiting, on the house. I had the French Toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and sausage. I asked for the hash browns to be well done and they were not. Some of my food was cold as well. But I never ran out of hot coffee and smiles.

I am visiting from out of town. I read several good reviews and decided to try it. Lily’s has an old-time cafe feel, the staff is friendly, the food selections are good, and the prices are reasonable. I ordered the sausage, mushroom, and cheese omelet with a biscuit on the side. The breakfast also comes with a bowl of fruit. It was very tasty and the portion was plentiful. Highly recommended.

Cute little old fashioned diner attached to the bowling alley. Plenty of seats inside, a couple outside. Got the Ortega green chili & cheese Omelette with home fried potatoes & wheat toast. It was delicious! Good flavors on yhe Omelet & the potatoes too. Home potatoes were cooked well, a little crunchy & not soggy at all. My (picky) son got short stack pancakes with fries (substituted) & loved them both. Pancakes were fluffy & fries were crispy. Portions are a good size.

When I’m staying in the Newhall/Valencia area, this has fast become a go-to breakfast and lunch place for me to eat with friends. This is a classic family diner/cafe, with classic hospitality and wonderful down-home food that you would expect in this kind of place. The staff is very welcoming, and I have more than once lost track of time here since my friends and I were having such a good time eating and conversing. One very nice touch is that each time that I’ve come here, at some point the waiter brings out a fruit bowl for us to share, and whether it is lunch or dinner or breakfast, that little bit of fruit is such a welcome and refreshing thing. I have no doubt that I will be back here to share another meal with friends. By the way, I only just noticed this last visit that the backdoor of the cafe leads to a bowling alley! Perfect combo if you like bowling.

Lily’s Cafe (complete w/singing Lily) is one of our Go-To breakfast/lunch places. Love the menu options, my favorites are the charbroiled chicken sandwich and the vegetable stir fry as well as the breakfast fare! My husband loves the Loco Moco (photo below), see the egg oozing, perfect!. Fresh coffee is a plus! It”s in front of the bowling alley. Everyone is friendly & welcoming!

Waiting to get menu while waiter helped 3 other tables. No problem, they were there first. Then, after 10 minutes, 3 different new tables came in while I’m waiting for them to take my order. They gave them all menus and I’m staring at them like- HELLO. Then took order from 1 of the 3 that came in. I’M OUT

I was really hopeful about this spot based on reviews and its atmosphere. Old school lunch counter with some eclectic and kitch moments. The owners were friendly and fun. So, where they lost me was the food. I ordered Eggs Benedict no meat, tomatoes, and spinach with home fries. The English muffin was soggy, which I attributed to the tomatoes, but my friend’s tradition Benedict was the same. The egg was cooked perfectly, and Hollandaise was so-so for us both. My home fries were okay, my friend did not eat her hashbrowns stating they were under cooked in center. I’m NOT giving up on this spot – maybe we just caught them on bad day. Place was busy and I’ll try it again.

Back at Lily’s again while my car gets some lovin’ next door at Lyons Auto Spa. See Abel there and leave with the CLEANEST car or truck you’ve ever seen!
Now back to Lily’s. About to enjoy yet another feast here!! Full menu posted. They just dropped this off some sliced fruit, consisting of Apple, Bananas and Oranges. Oh soo fresh!
I did the Pork Chops with 2 eggs over medium and white rice along with 2 biscuits topped with gravy! Great doesn’t even come close to explaining how Amazing they were! Cooked to Perfection!! The #2 (2) egg combo wasn’t too shabby either. Coffee gets topped of Regularly at Lily’s and the service is Top Notch!
