One word, Delicious!! Everything was fresh and very flavorful. From the mouthwatering tender pork paired with sweet and savory bbq sauce to the creamy macaroni salad. The rice was honestly just plain sticky rice which I ate also . Nothing special but cooked just right. If I had some coconut milk it would’ve taken it up a notch.

Meat was done well, Had Pork, Beef, Chicken no complaints on flavor, Very small portions for the price though, Macaroni salad was done amazing didn’t seem heavy at all. but the rice wad almost un eat-able way over cooked almost to mush. seemed fairly ran down although didn’t seem like it had been around long.

They got the Hawaiian market cornered. I’d level up the beef patties but it worked. I’m pretty sure the luau burger is supposed to have ham too but maybe they were out. I hate knocking stats down on Google but I do want you guys to step it up for the people of the Gorge.

Decent food with friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. The bathrooms felt a little gross. Worth trying at least once, but probably don’t need to come back.

Delicious and nicely presented Hawaiian BBQ. I had Ginger Beef and my husband had Kalua Pig. I liked that you could get a small or a bigger portion, and we enjoyed every bite. Tender meats, and the macaroni salad – how do they make it so good? I don’t know but I hope we pass through again sometime. An unexpected gem in The Dalles.

First time here and we will be back. The food was so good. Fresh. Just the right amount of cooking time with veggies. Not soggy. Still had that perfect crunch in the middle. Sauces were so tasty.

One of my favorite go-to lunch places in The Dalles!! Food is fantastic and always fun to eat. Staff is great and the facility is fine. It’s definitely a winner for most people. I generally get the Huli Chicken. Test out the sauces as well…lots of fun there!
