Small, family owned GEM!

Mole tastes like my grandmothers

Everything was absolutely delicious and the best fideo I’ve had in a restaurant by far!

Prices were so reasonable and the owner was so down to earth. I can’t say enough about this place! We will definitely be back

I had a great lunch here today! The venue is small, simple and casual ..Service was great! I loved my chicken burrito and the rice was fire. Normally the Mexican rice I eat out is dry.. this was moist and flavorful! I’ll definitely come back and try some other items.

Lilly’s is an incredible Mexican restaurant on the Boulevard. Not only is their food great, but the way they treat people is just what the world needs right now.

One of my first interactions with Lilly’s was asking if they would cater a party I was having. Come to find out, Lilly’s wasn’t even open that day…but they didn’t mind a bit and insisted on cooking for us. From that moment, we knew we had a new favorite place in town.

When the government shut down and SNAP benefits were frozen, Teresa jumped into action right away by providing free food for those affected. I personally witnessed Teresa opening her door to ask people on the street if they were hungry, all while she juggled managing tables inside and cooking.

She knows her customers by name and takes time to get to know you. I’ve watched her sit down with my friends children, offering them goodie bags like they would get at a birthday party, just because. You won’t regret supporting this business!

Now, onto the food. Between me and my husband, we’ve eaten just about everything on the menu. It’s all incredible. Seriously. Our personal favorites include the Cousin Rob’s Plato, Limp’s Plato, the enchiladas, espinaca dip, and margaritas, of course! You can’t go wrong. It’s all cooked to perfection and cooked with love.

They catered food for our workplace I had the chicken flautas it was the most Disgusting food I’ve ever put in my mouth. First bite of chicken was like eating hay. You should be ashamed of yourself for serving this garbage to people.

Look at screen shot from google read my review I didn’t say discussing maybe you can’t read. I should’ve took a picture of all the styrofoam containers that no one picked up. Rather than attacking your costumers for not liking your food maybe you should take that as constructive criticism and improve on it. Merry Christmas to you learn how to cook.

The service and attention we received were to tier. Piping hot chips, fresh salsa (I recommend the spicy) and delicious margaritas set the tone. My meal was so good, it felt like when you’ve had a bad day and go home to hug your mom. I’ll definitely be back!

We drove from Blue Springs because we saw the owner on the news, begging people to stop in, due to low traffic b/c of street repairs.
I have no problems eating at “dives” but Not pleased at all with this place. I rarely write scathing reviews but it is warranted here.
Chips were stale & salsa was watery. Queso tasted like Velveeta. I had the pork burrito. Pork is supposedly marinated but it was dry & cut into large chunks.
I had some of my wife’s taquito and it didn’t smell right.
The place is filthy. Homeless man walked in and had to be asked to leave. One dude appeared to be passed out, head down at a table.
Sticky seats and menus. We took a chance because of the good reviews but now, not sure reviews are legit.

I highly recommend this restaurant! First of all, the food is delicious and I heard our server talking about using fresh and local ingredients. Also, the family members running it together are so friendly! The owner was on the news while people weren’t getting their food stamp money and offered free meals to anyone in need. She told us she served around 300 people. Just amazing. Please support this small business. Sometimes they’ve been closing early because business is slow. Oh also, and this is important, their chips and salsa made locally are fantastic! I sound like I work for them or know them but I totally don’t. Just a really satisfied customer!

Tiny little cantina on the blvd. The atmosphere was super easy and laid back. It’s a family kitchen and boy can momma cook. The margaritas were chefs kiss too. If you are looking for a good authentic Mexican with a little American fusion, Lilly’s is the place.

We had a wonderful experience here! It was our first time and we will definitely be back. The service was amazing, the people were all so nice. The food was out very quickly and they had a simple and easy to read menu. Even the chef came out to talk to us and she was so sweet as well. The food was so fresh and everything I had was delicious! Definitely recommend
