My first visit to Lillie’s Kitchen after my coworkers raved about the food. So, let’s get into it.
The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, decorated with plants and nice wall art.
The food was divine and perfectly portioned. I had beef ox tails, candied yams, and potato salad. Delicious.
What I was not prepared for was the cost of $25.86‼️. I assume “Lunch Specials” equate to “This is what we’re serving today.”
Despite the excessive price the service (person taking orders) was friendly and the food was delicious. I will return only on a payday when I want to treat myself to an expensive lunch.

I’ve been scoping out this place for a minute, and I finally gave it a try today. It’s a decent size place and very clean with a chill atmosphere. The music was nice as well. I got the 3 wing plate with french toast. The wings were seasoned well and super delicious! The French toast had a flavor in it that I didn’t recognize, but it was really good as well. The food is made fresh so there will be a small wait time. I will try some of the other menu items in the future!!

I am telling you, these are the best red beans in town!! The fried chicken is off the chain as well..
I went around 1pm and they weren’t too busy and everyone was very attentive.
I have also gotten the breakfast and it was off the chain as well.
This place is open for breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday and no mater what you get, I promise you, you will love it.

My first time visiting Lillies. We came by Sunday after church, but NOT open. Came by today for our first experience. I have to check out restrooms first. Nice and fresh. The food was all very tasteful and delicious. I didn’t like the price of the soda. I don’t know if refills are free for the price. The Lasagna and greens and cheese rice was delicious. The music a little too loud. We will eat there again.

I definitely didn’t get what I ordered…..I ordered steak and French toast and all I got was a small steak and eggs…frent toast no where in site…I keep giving den chance after chance but after today…dat was the last straw

Very impressed with the catfish, collard greens, Mac-n-cheese, and okra meal that I had today. I will definitely be coming back and I am looking forward to those smothered turkey necks. I did not get a photo because I ate so fast.
