We really wanted to give this place a try but the decor and the smell was too much! Mind you, the jalapeño margarita was probably one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had! The photos of the food look great, but the smell of bleach was overwhelming to the point where my eyes started to hurt. I’m addition, while I feel they are tying to take on a more modern feel, I think they need to make it a little more warm and inviting. Add some decor, some tall plants, maybe even some of the tacky decor you usually see when you visit a Mexican restaurant, it just needs something. It felt very “stale” and cold when we walked in. I really hope they make it, as I do feel their food and drinks are worth a visit – but hope they tone it down with the cleaner!

Absolutely phenomenal food and service. The salsa to start is unlike any salsa I’ve ever had and would come back for that alone. The burrito came out in a very timely fashion and melted in my mouth. 10/10 will return again and cannot wait to return.

This place is awesome! We showed up for happy hour (2-5) and it was the beat. We had the house margaritas (made fresh and so lovely) the lava lava shrimp and jalapeno poppers. Services was friendly and welcoming. Music was ambient. Everything was perfection.

Food of GOD. DELICIOUS. Be sure to order the chicken tacos appetizer, they were the best tacos in the world. The Lava Lava Shrimp was a bit too spicy for my taste but good as well. The burrito was delicious but a bit too big, if you’re not that hungry I recommend you share with someone. Anyways, LOVED THIS RESTAURANT. Service was a nice girl.

Funky little bistro seemed to be all over the place with its decor and branding, lots of glittery and motivational-type artwork, options to pay in Bitcoin, etc.

Really good Mexican food in a small establishment in Dillon. They have the regular Mexican dishes (tacos, enchiladas and burritos) plus more elaborated dishes such as mole, gold covered steak, etc. The food taste homemade which is a plus for Mexican food.

We decided to get a take out from Lily’s Bistro because our baby had cold and we wanted to stay in. We felt quite disappointed with the quantity and quality of the food. Seemed very experimental and out of flavor. The breads (tortillas/ Burrito etc) tasted a day old. The appetizer was good. We had the Lava Lava Shrimp which is crispy spiced shrimp over a bed of romaine and topped with lava lava sauce for $12. For main course we had Small Anaconda Burrito which has carne asada, pastor, caramelized onion, rice, beans, guac, lava lava sauce and spiced tomato sauce for $16, the guacamole was good, rest not so much. Our 2nd main course was Shrimp Tacos which is buttermilk fried shrimp, red cabbage, pico, lava lava sauce and lime wedge for $14. Again Shrimp tasted very good but the rest didn’t. I know it’s a small business and I am all for supporting small businesses but I will not want to go back there again.
