Sharron made my visit exceptional. Her hospitality ensured a smooth experience that allowed me to focus on the food. The burger was a standout—the bun was clearly fresh-baked with a beautiful bronze top, and the meat was incredibly juicy. Pairing it with a refreshing salad provided the perfect balance. Ending the meal with green tea was exactly the “calm” I needed. A great local spot for a reliable, high-quality meal.

Been here a few times just for desserts, and they’re always fresh at this location. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. There’s also plenty of parking available at the mall, which makes it convenient to stop by.

I went to the Liliha Bakery on a busy Sunday morning. The service was phenomenal and the energy/atmosphere was perfect for big parties and families with kids. The last time I visited Liliha for breakfast was 6 or 7 years ago, and the food was good then. This time the food was so-so. All of us ordered coffee, which was served quickly (like I said, the wait staff were awesome). It wasn’t high quality coffee, or even good diner coffee- it tasted cheap and old/burnt. I was also surprised they don’t serve real half & half (they instead serve liquid non-dairy coffee whitener, i.e., non-dairy creamer.) I ordered the mushroom and cheese omelet with bacon. The omelet was a generous size and had plenty of mushrooms. But it was made with a processed cheese (similar to a Velveeta), which took the omelet from a 5 to a 3. The group ordered pancakes to split- they had a faint vanilla flavor and were cooked well. They were served with a maple-flavored table syrup (i.e., not real maple syrup.) The bacon was pretty good- I ordered it crispy and it didn’t disappoint. My friend ordered the fried rice with eggs sunny-side-up, and she said her meal was okay. I also ordered cream puffs, to go. Overall you can tell Liliha has experienced chefs, because the food is cooked well. But I’m guessing management made the decision somewhere along the line to start using less expensive, lower quality ingredients- and a chef can only do so much with poor ingredients. If they starting serving better coffee and real half & half, I’d probably go back there again. But at this time, the only reason I’d go back is for the cream puffs (which were amazing, per usual.)

Whenever I’m in Hawaii, Liliha Bakery is an absolute must-stop. It’s one of those places that just feels like home — no trip to the islands is complete without it. For me, the main draw has always been their famous Coco Puffs. They’re light, creamy, and have that perfect balance of sweetness with the Chantilly frosting on top — honestly, nothing else compares.

Over the years, I’ve made it a little tradition to swing by, grab a box (or three), and share them with family and friends. But on my most recent visit, I couldn’t help but notice a pretty significant increase in price. I actually did a double take when I saw the total. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but it still caught me off guard since I’ve been coming here for so long.

They’re still just as delicious as ever — that hasn’t changed — but the sticker shock definitely made me pause. In the past, I’d easily buy 2 or even 3 dozen, but this time I decided to just go with 1 dozen. They were gone in minutes, of course, but it made me a little nostalgic for when I could treat everyone without thinking twice about the cost.

Despite the price jump, I’ll still be back whenever I’m on Oʻahu. There’s just something special about Liliha Bakery — the old-school vibe, the friendly staff, and those one-of-a-kind Coco Puffs that taste like pure Hawaii nostalgia. I just might have to pace myself next time!

This place was busy! They have a bakery section which was huge and looks like the crowd favorite was cream puffs. No reservations required we walked in and were greeted by Audryl who was great. Menu has breakfast options available all day but we opted for lunch. While you wait for your food you are given some butter buns that literally melts in your mouth.
I had the grilled salmon plate with rice and corn which was yummy. Salmon cooked perfectly. My husband had the chicken wing plate which looked great and he mentioned it was the best he had on the Island. We have guava mimosa as the alcohol beverage list is limited. Service was great. Everyone waking by had a smile on their face. They have an open kitchen so you can watch them cook and make pastries. Definitely coming back here when visiting Oahu.

Great hamburger! Grilled and juicy! Also try the Miso Butterfish. Consistently excellent service.

For breakfast, try the Country Omelet. Delicious combination of ingredients. Have it with “all tossed greens”.

But oh that music: it’s still WAY too loud. Why?

Liliha Bakery in Pearl City is good! We came here a few times and the interior is large with lots of seating, BUT they fill up! Be prepared for a wait! I think the buttered rolls are so delicious! I tried their kimchi fried rice and it was really sweet. I’m Korean-American, and it was truly too sweet for Me. Their Loco moco is delicious! A random thing that I loved was their ranch It turns out thier salad uses a homemade ranch that they now sell in store! I love how the bakery side has a huge selection and such beautiful cookie designs as well!

I know this is a famous restaurant with a loved history on Island. I respect and honor the impact this spot has has and will try my best to give it the love it deserves!

I’m so disappointed in this bakery. My mom had call weeks ahead of time trying to order a surprise gender cake for my husband and I. I wanted the gender color filling and then just a plain white cake with black writing. When we should up. The cake was hot pink with blue writing. And also the gender color filling was on the card for me to see! Not only the custom small cake was $75, it was a butter on butter cake that was completely dry and disgusting. We ended up taking the cake and not making a big deal out of it because it was our last day there and my birthday so we tried to make the best out of it
