Intimate setting with a lively vibe. The service was excellent and well timed throughout the evening. Our meals were served as per our request…all at once. We shared the share platter, the rocket salad and the calamari along with a lovely Primitivo. And we finished with the house specialty dessert…date toffee pudding. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and flavourful. The servers all seemed to work as a team which is always a sign of a well managed restaurant. The menu is limited or perhaps I should say very focused on creating excellence. I would definitely return.

Authentic Italian restaurant. We were a fairly large group and ordered many meals including for starters the whipped ricotta, with focaccia which was incredible, the bruschetta and warmed sourdough starter, the mains included the beef cheek gnocchi, which was extremely tender and full of flavour, the seafood linguine was delicious and the bisque base was really the highlight and the fettuccine Alfredo, was a simple yet authentic Italian flavour. For dessert we had the cannoli, tiramisu and sticky date pudding, all were amazing. The service was friendly, attentive and helpful. The only small downside was finishing up our meal, as they cleaned and tidied the kitchen, which was a bit loud and turning off the coffee machine before we’d been served dessert and feeling like we needed to quickly eat our leave – understandably it was time to go however our reservation was late at 7.30 and it was a full house (and on a Wednesday). Other than that, it was a superb new find here on the coast and will definitely be back.

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing lunch (3 of us). Service was excellent, staff attentive and knowledgeable. Shared Margherita pizza and salads washed down with Italian beer and Chianti Classico, followed by gnocchi and fettuccine both with Liliana’s special sauce and lasagna. Coffees, cannoli and passionfruit cheesecake topped it all off. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a nice authentic little Italian restaurant. The layout is simple and the service is friendly and attentive. We had a share platter, 2 pizzas & lasagne, they all tasted nice. Some personal notes, for the shared platter, I never had Taleggio cheese before and found it mild and I liked the meatballs but honestly did not taste like meat in any way, more like mushrooms. I would have preferred that the pizza had more tomato sauce base. Also, some people might enjoy this but I don’t like nutmeg on lasagne. The lasagne had a lot of layers but needed a dash of salt & also I would liked a bit more sauce there. Anyway, that’s my personal taste and I will come back next time I’m in town. We’ll done LT 🙂

What an amazing find in Maroochydore! Best Italian wood fire pizza EVER. Great lunch special menu too. The cannolis were all made in house too. Throughly recommend!

If you want pizza crust that will send you to the dentist, gnocchi that transforms into penne, sweet mystery meat plonked on top, and dry rocket in place of salad… this is the place for you!
Liliana’s is one of the few restaurants we had yet to try on the Coast, and not only is it the worst ‘Italian restaurant’ we have been to… It is probably the worst meal we have ever had the displeasure of trying over the last 10 years.
We ordered takeaway to enjoy by the river, but even the ibis couldn’t manage to eat it! You know it’s bad when the bin chicken can’t stomach it – I wish I could upload videos to this review
Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. There are so many lovely restaurants but unfortunately this is not one of them. 0 stars would be too kind.
I contacted the restaurant as there was no mention on the website that the gluten free option of gnocchi was not in fact gnocchi. This was the response I received. Very poor considering this is a higher end cost restaurant and you would expect above average food & service rather than a ‘fast food experience’

This was easily the best service we’ve had in a long time at a restaurant. All of the staff were genuinely so kind and interested in having a chat. The wine was absolutely outstanding too – big selection. Unfortunately the food that we ordered was average at best. The 4 cheese arancini had no flavour at all (the sauce they came with saved the dish). The Margherita pizza was overcooked, dry and flavourless. The beef cheek gnocchi was a pass.

Beautiful restaurant with a relaxed, warm and cosy feel. Staff and service were amazing – friendly, polite, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious, main and desert so hearty and thoroughly enjoyed – only feedback would be more prawns in the linguine dish but definitely will be back!

Lovely food, staff and service.
The staff were very careful and able to cater to my kid’s food allergies. It’s often hard to eat out when you have allergies, but the staff at Liliana’s were very gracious and flexible.
The food was also top notch. Must get at least one pizza if you’re going
