I order Lilac House food delivered quite often. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. The flavors are authentic and dishes perfectly prepared. Just had some shrimp in lettuce cups. Outstanding! All the dumplings are great and the shrimp with mushrooms is off the charts. Quite a luxury to have this quality of food delivered to your door.

Good Chinese/Sushi restaurant. Food is tasty and generally well prepared. Service is attentive and responsive. Not the most elegant atmosphere but comfortable. It’s especially nice to have privacy for a quiet meal with a friend at off times.

I made a pick up order from the lunch special which includes two classic rolls and a miso soup or salad. I came home to find out the soup wasn’t miso soup it was a meat dumpling soup, and I don’t eat meat.
Second, I ordered the avocado roll and shrimp tempura roll. The avocado roll was good but the shrimp tempura roll was awful, the shrimp was so awful. It was so old and chewy.

I was in the mood for sushi, so I googled, and found lilac house, and went on a whim. I ordered a few sashimi pieces, and immediately was able to taste the quality and freshness of the fish.
The owner Lin Ma, asked if I liked baby octopus, and I said yes! She had the chef prepare a salad with miso dressing, and the marinated octopus on top. This was literally one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!
Next, Lin prepped an appetizer using albacore tuna that has now made it to my top five list of flavors to request for the last meal!
Needless to say, I am now friends with Lin and staff, and immediately became family with these great humans. These people go out of the way to make you feel at home, and definitely are incredibly talented, and care deeply about their product.
Lastly, their Toro with fresh Wasabi is to die for. Don’t pass this place up!!!

Don’t know why they have such a low rating but the food is incredibly delicious! Veggie soup like never had it before! And the green soft dough dumplings just amazing!!! Pretty fast service also!

This was an order of beef and scallions with green leeks. If I had to guess, I’d say maybe 3/4 of an onion. I had to pick that much out just to get to the beef. Shameful. The food can be so good some days. No excuse for this. Hot garbage! Look through the photos. You’ll see.
