Mold on a couple burgers I got today. Was feeding this to my children!! If they got mold on the bread that they serve I wonder what else they got going on in there? 40$ spent. The lady was hollering for her boyfriend. Didnt look to happy to be there. I mean I know it’s monday but you work in customer service. Cheer up or dont you think you should find a different profession? Not to mention the place is always closed when you do go. Shady place. Not really sure how they keep the doors open

I called before going to confirm the business hours, no one answered the phone. Upon arrival while sitting in the drive through a worker with a pink t-shirt was sitting by the back door ran quickly back in the building thinking that I would not see her. I set in the drive through for 5-6 minutes saying hello because the buzzer don’t work. They will never inmy life every worry about me giving them my business anymore. They have very poor customer service and their hours of operations are none of what’d posted online or on the door of the business.

I ordered the mini burger combo, the burger meat could have been a little warmer, in order to completely melt the cheese. The fries were not fully done in the inside. Was unable to dine in used the drive thru, which was quite rough and filled with large potholes.

I thought the burgers would be good but they were really dry and nasty…I vowed not to ever return there..Brownsville needs a white castles or a rallys or checkers…not to many food places to choose from with good food..so much open land with so less nice places to come to and have a nice good meal with good service…
