Friendly service. Great food. Real boudin sausage links, not boudin balls. And the breakfast sandwich with sausage has cajun sausage, not ordinary breakfast sausage. Unfortunately, they were out of biscuits, but the sandwich was still great.

Stopped in to enjoy some Cajun food along I-10 while traveling. The nicest people helped us with our meal selection, especially since we were not too familiar. Boudin links, sausage, and beef tongue over rice. (Tasted just like pot roast!) And don’t forget to order their brownies!!!

Had the boudin and the sausage. The boudin had great flavor. But was very mushy. I guess sitting in the heater too long maybe. The sausage was just meh. Nothing too special. Service could be friendlier.

As if the amazing food wasn’t reason enough to love this place, the ladies behind the counter are the best. Today (12-12-24) I rushed to get a couple plate lunches because it’s Thursday and Thursday is beef tongue. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I got there to pick up my order and realized I’d left my wallet in my 18 wheeler. Without hesitation the lady said go ahead and take your lunches. I know you’ll come back and pay us. Now I am a regular but she really doesn’t know me. For her to put that trust in me made me feel good. It also said alot about the type of people they are. These places are becoming rare. We need to cherish the ones that are left.
